We hired Scenic City for a long overdue replacement of a unit. They got us schedule fairly quickly. So far the quality of work seems great! They did leave the house with drop clothes on the floor, the ac running and the attic wide open. They did install during a rain storm and the drop clothes didn’t stop them from smearing mud all over the stairs, but it was done well and fast. 4 stars for leaving a job without picking up. I did inherit two drop clothes for whatever they might be worth.
Client purchasing a home called this company a week ago for an estimate and was given a date for the inspection, however, they were a no call no show. Someone called to apologize and said they would show the next, day, but that was also a lie. Don’t waste your time waiting around for these guys
My AC went out overnight and when I called first thing the next morning they had a tech here to fix it within three hours. As he troubleshooted he explained what he was looking for and had found the issue and replaced the faulty part within 40 minutes.
The initial service fee was significantly lower than another local company I called too. I priced the work and the part afterwards and the cost was in the expected average as well. It was refreshing to work with a company that didn’t make me feel like they were taking advantage of me plus I got to support a local business.

I never received even a call back after calling again several times always with a response that I would be getting a call "shortly". I finally contacted someone else who responded in a timely manner. Today it has been more than a week since I placed my first call to Scenic City and I still haven't heard anything from them. How long does it take to make a quick phone call? Maybe 3 - 5 minutes? Our technician Jonathan fixed our heating system. He was professional, courteous , and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with their heating/air systems .
Super thankful for Scenic City's work on installing our new HVAC unit. The person who originally quoted us (Rusty) was excellent to work with and super helpful in answering all of our questions.
Their guys came out and had the new unit installed in one day despite rainy conditions. A second team then returned a few days later (at our request) to check the leveling of the unit and add gravel under the pad the unit is sitting on to protect against settling.
They were super responsive to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure we were totally satisfied. I would for sure recommend these guys.

Clark from Scenic City called at 8:30 Friday, and I was repaired by 4:30 the same day. It was simply low Freon. The tech had R-22 (the old kind) on his truck and filled up the unit. He also gave me a diagnosis: I’ll probably have to have the unit replaced this year since it’s over 20 years old, but I’ll be calling Scenic City to replace. Well done and thank you!
