Scenic City Heating and AC

Jonathan and the team at Scenic City are absolutely amazing. Had a new build where they took over mid-construction, solved multiple issues and took everything in stride. Additionally, added a new return which makes the house quite and comfortable. They answered every question and made multiple trips while going through the permitting process. I will be a lifetime customer, A- plus all the way around! Look no further, Thank you’ll so much!

Our furnace stopped working. Called Scenic City Heat and AC and a technician, Anthony, arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the part to repair it on his truck, and was done within half an hour of coming. He was also very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Scenic City Heating and Air installed a new unit at our home. We are very pleased with their work. It was a great pleasure to meet Jonathan and his helper. We are grateful to know we now have a reliable Company we can call for our air conditioner and heating needs. I found them to be cheaper than 2 other estimates, fast service, and honest.

Went to leave my house today and had a flooded garage. My ac drain had clogged up. Ryan Lockhart returned my call and was at my house within 10 minutes. He had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. He was very professional and did great work! Thanks to scenic city for being there when I needed them the most. I got my air back on and working which is important since I have an elderly mother that lives in my house. You guys are the best and I will definitely be calling you for all my air/heating needs. If you want a job done right and as fast as possible I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Scenic City! Thanks again guys! :-)

Had a brand new unit installed and it was done fast, great price compared to all the quotes I go . Had a issue where it was causing a resistor to go off and on. Turns out it was from the nest system but they came out 3 times until it was completely fixed. The last technician stayed over 3 hours to ensure it was properly fixed and in 100 percent working order

Can’t say enough good things about this company. They were punctual, courteous and took a lot of time explaining everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Edit: This company started out great. However I’ve called three times with no call backs. Twice regarding a nest thermostat and most recently for service or to replace another unit. We’ve spent $$$$$ with this company so I am disappointed now with no response.

I tried to leave a review using the business card and it wouldn’t let me. I would like to rave about Scenic City AC especially Mr. Anthony Pinion. He was quick to call us, he showed up in a decent amount of time, and he had us fixed in about a couple of minutes. The price was very reasonable and I am so thankful that we had cool air in less than 2 hours of calling. Thank you thank you!!

Technician (Jim) really worked hard to diagnose and alleviate the A/C problem. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Other staff members (Jonathan and Anthony) were very helpful as well and showed genuine concern and courtesy. Will definitely continue to use Scenic City Heating and Air for all future needs.

This company was absolutely wonderful! They came out quickly, and worked in the rain to get my HVAC working again.

Jim Swanson drove across town and back to get the part I needed, and he helped me find the warranty information from the previous owner which saved me $550!

Jim installed a new AC unit for me several years ago He did a great job, was efficient, kind and courteous. I recently had him out to preform maintenence on it and again, he was just great. 10/10 reccomend
