Service tech Danny was awesome. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a simple solution. Our unit was almost a 30 yr old unit (1989). We did opt for a new unit and the guys installed it the next day (Memorial Day weekend). We will highly recommend Rivertech and especially Service tech Danny!!

I had a new AC/furnace put in last year. I also got quotes on a mini split. Since then a friend told me about Rico and Rivertech. Rico came out and gave us a great quote on the mini split. I had it installed yesterday. The crew was extremely nice and very professional. The work was very well done. They did some wiring in our garage and when they cleaned up the area and returned our stored items to their spots, it was better organized and neater than it was before they started. I will be contacting Rivertech for all my HVAC needs from now on. I give them my strongest recommendation.

I had a new Trane unit installed just over a year ago by Rivertech. They had the most competitive bid, the work was completed in a few hours, the installers were professional and left no mess, and the unit has worked flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Had an appointment for 2:00 pm for an estimate on a new central air installation for a property we recently purchased. We got there at 2:03 and nobody was there. We waited until 2:30, then called the office. I was told the salesman didn't find anyone there and left, but he had an estimate for $4,600 done. This is for a 550 square feet home, without him being able to even enter the house.
The salesman or the office didn't call, or bother waiting 3 minutes for me to arrive, and I waited for 30 minutes for nothing. I wanted to discuss different options such as a mini split system, and was never given the opportunity. Not professional at all. I had other companies come over and they were on time, called me and were eager to earn my business. I will give my business to one of them.
