Gina scheduled my appointment and Tyler showed up the same week. He answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and provided a very good quote. These people are fantastic and have earned our permanent business! The second time we had to call them out was because our Flemish Giant house rabbit had managed to peel the register cover off of the wall and had climbed into the air ducts below the house. We called Rivertech and they routed a tech to us immediately. He was at our house taking apart the duct work within 15 minutes. They had everything taken apart, the rabbit back inside the house (safely), and the ducts put back together again in less than 45 minutes total.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. So far the easiest call for A/C service I have ever made. Danny is the best! They are my first call from now on.

Rivertech Heating and Air was absolutely terrific in helping us out recently. They were fast, responsive, and courteous. The office called when they said they would, the tech arrived on time, and the problem was fixed the first and only visit. I couldn't be happier, and can't recommend them enough. Rivertech is the best! Reliable, affordable, and professional.

Rivertech has been our Heating and Air company for the last 5 years and I can, without reservation, highly recommend them! I manage 10 chalets on the side of Lookout Mountain and they have done a lot of work for us. They are professional in every way. Always punctual (which is not the norm these days) and often coming out at the drop of a hat when someone's air conditioning has gone out in mid summer. Their technicians are pleasant, communicate well, and have been especially nice to answer my endless string of questions! AND they clean up after themselves! Their prices are also better than other companies. About 6 months ago we decided to replace 3 heating & air units with heat pumps and so I decided to get estimates from several companies just to see what kind of break in price I could get. Rivertech's quotes still beat them all! Thank you Rivertech for all your hard work and the effort you put into doing such quality work!

From start to finish this company is great to work with. Each employee that assisted with our install was professional from start to finish. Nice to see a team that is dedicated to their job and that they took their professionalism and job seriously. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating or cooling needs.

I would say Rivertech is the best in town. Prices were great combined with great service contracts priced well. Owners are great along with installers. Call with question about the system was responded to within an hour. I can’t imagine better service.

Rivertech is an excellent company. They installed HVAC in several houses for me and each time they did great work. They even accepted jobs that other companies said they couldn’t accomplish. They are clean and on point. I would recommend them for any job, big or small.
