Tech was great, friendly and communicative! Quickly identified problem and quickly repaired!

Called Rivertech after 5 on by far the hottest day so far. Described the problem to the answering service. The tech called me back a few minutes later and accurately diagnosed the problem without even coming to my house! He described the simple steps to fix the problem and within a few minutes we had air again! You want quality service from quality people ? Rivertech is the place!!

Great professionalism from talking with the customer service personnel, to being on time and quick about taking care of our issue. Danny, our tech, was pleasant and knowledgeable when he arrived. This was our first time using Rivertech and now I know why they’re so popular.

Great customer service, came out as promised contacted me when they were in route and took care of the unit. I was really impressed with Tyler and Rivertech as a whole. Tyler was prompt, professional super nice and knowledgeable. He took a good look at my unit, made some adjustments and suggestions and he was on his way. Unlike other companies I've dealt with, he didn't try to force me into buying a new unit. It was refreshing to have such honest dealings. Thank you Rivertech and Tyler for your wonderful service. I will definitely do business with you again. 5 stars!

I tried using them based on their positive reviews. Someone was supposed to come out today to reattach/replace some pieces of our duct work. They were supposed to arrive between 8-10 so I took the day off work so I could be home. Around 8:30 a lady called saying she was sorry but not only could they not come today but that they wouldn’t be able to do it AT ALL because they were so behind. I told her this needed to be done before we close on our home next week and all she said was she was sorry but they would not be coming out. We can understand getting backed up but don’t call during the time frame of when the tech is supposed to be at our house doing the job and don’t call without a solution.

The office staff is very friendly, however, their scheduling is extremely frustrating. First appointment was cancelled. Rescheduled for one week later. Called the morning of the appointment and was told instead of 8:00-2:00, it would be 2:00-8:00. This was for my 91 year old aunt, who I woke up at 7:30 so she would be ready. They called at 10:05 and said they could come now. So, I called my aunt and she was ready. They called again at 10:24 and said she wasn't answering the door. I verified the address and he said "oh, they have in wrong in the app". I gave him directions. Everything was smooth after that, but this just doesn't seem professional.

Rivertech did a wonderful job installing my unit. The unit went out one day and they were installing a new one the next. Very pleased. Their staff was honest about whether I should make the repair or just go ahead and replace. They gave me the option for both. They cleaned up their mess in the yard as if they were never here. Can't say enough good things. -Ryan
