    I am so happy with Rivertech HVAC. I have used them for many years. They respond so quickly even when it isn't an emergency. They have fair pricing and never try to up sell you on something you don't need. Thanks to everyone at Rivertech! I hope I don't have to replace my HVAC any time soon, but they will definitely be my only choice.

    Rivertech gave us a great price and promised to install the AC unit within a week. Even though the unit they originally installed had a MANUFACTURER defect, they still had the unit up and running by the same day as promised with a working unit. Thanks so much.

    I've been using Rivertech for years. Last fall a mini split unit in my basement leaked and stopped working. When I called Rivertech for the repair, and Danny came out, he told me he had something to do with the system at installation by a contractor I used to convert the basement to an apartment. Anyway, the years I'd been using them for my decades old system they really seemed to be very easy to deal with, honest and fairly priced. So Danny diagnosed the problem in the mini split as a break in a line outside and said he'd have to get supplies and come back another day. Days went by with no contact. I called, told the the person that answered the phone the situation and got an appointment booked for a day or two later. No explanation of why he hadn't put me on his schedule the day he made the diagnosis. He came out at the appointment and repaired the break and told me it was probably because the line had been pushed over by an animal and it broke. It came to me later when I reinspected it he left it in the same position after the repair as before with no additional protection or support. Additionally frustrating is the mess that was left. There was insulation and tape left laying around on the grass. And no reinsulation of the pipe. The repair of the line that was previously installed poorly and left unproteced again was $300. Will I have to pay hundreds of dollars again in a few years (or sooner) since nothing was done or even suggested to mitigate the problem? I was really mad to say the least. I called Rivertech, told them and was told they would send him back to clean up. That was months ago and still no one has come back. With all the trouble I've had with my old whole-home HVAC unit I will probably need a replacement but this last incident makes me very hesitant to call Rivertech. I've spent thousands over the years with them. Do I really trust them now? Update today 01-28-20: I Spoke to Ashley from Rivertch for about 17 minutes. She wanted to be sure I correctly identified their involvement with the mini split unit. She informed me they only "activated" it by putting freon in, turning it on and checking for correct operation. I don't want anyone mislead. The point is Danny was aware of the configuration of the installation from the very beginning. All I was really hoping for during the phone call with Ashley was an apology for the debris left, no reinsulation of the line, me having to contact the company to get the line repaired after Danny left and didn't come back, getting no response afer calling and telling them about the mess and hopefully some ideas on how to better protect the line that was damaged from future damage since it wasn't protected on activation originally. I did get an apology. But the majority of the time was spent by Ashley making me feel that somehow this was my fault. And talking about her loosing sleep because of my review. And offering me a refund of the work if I took down my review. And arguing about all of it. I did not leave this review out of spite. I left it honestly (now with corrections) in an effort to show my experience. I waited months, not hours to leave this review in hopes this would resolve itself. It did not. People do make mistakes. I understand that. But when one is compounded on top of another, and not resolved, excuses and arguing don't fix them.

    Such a wonderful experience dealing with a company who actually shows up when they said they would the repair price was what they quoted and they actually finished ahead of schedule. What more could you ask for? They are honest about your repairs and don't try too sell you another expensive unit if all you need is a repair.

    Administrative staff was courteous and just really pleasant to speak with. Brandon the tech who serviced my HVAC unit was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy as he very thoughtfully answered all my questions. Will certainly be calling Rivertech for my future HVAC needs.
