They knew exactly what was wrong within 5mins. Had the part and now it's nice and cool again. Seriously in and out 10mins tops. A+ services!

Never had to deal with ac/ heat going out but the river tech team walked me through the process explained what they were going to do , answered any questions I had . They were very friendly and no pressure. Team showed up when they said and to my surprise maybe 4 hrs I had heat and air, they replaced my whole system (split units) , cleaned up everything, walked me around and explained everything they did and explains how to use it. I think something that really impressed me was the team work , they have multiple teams and when one gets caught up they go help another crew, to me that says a lot about the company in general. One of my A/C units stopped working and was only blowing warm air during a recent heat wave. Danny came out the next day and informed me that I needed my reversing valve replaced and that he would try to get the new one as quickly as possible. He shared some very good ideas about keeping my house relatively cool until he could come back to repair my A/C unit. He returned the next day as promised with the new part and before I knew it my AC unit was up and running and cold! Danny helped me get through a very difficult time as I had a total knee replacement surgery only a week prior! Thank you, I could not have asked for better service!
