Charleston Heating and Air

if you all looking for good reputable company this is not the one, I had issue with my Trane A/C unit, technician came and gave a wrong diagnosis, after 3 weeks its broke and gave me a same error code which technician came to fix the first time, i ask for partial refund because i had to get A/C my fix with different company, the heating and air company said its on my receipt stating that its not guarantee their work, when i hear from the guest relation Manager I was disappointed. Look for other company to make your money worth it as well who has better training and better pricing. Never recommend this place again.

The air went out needed Freon. They said he could come tomorrow he would call on the way. It’s August and 96 degrees . The tech calls us and says they do not take care of anyone after hours unless they have a contract with them. They could try to come Monday. It’s Saturday, my husband just had heart surgery 6 weeks ago and we need air. I think this was an unkind crappy way to do business. I will most assuredly tell everyone I know to not use this company. They are dishonest hateful money grubbing conmen. The receptionist was very nice, only good thing I can say. The tech was rude, and their receptionist could have told me at the jump they only service contracted customers. I hope when they are old and sick, they get treated like garbage. Shame on you.

I've been very impressed with the high level of professionalism and care that the back office staff and technicians have provided. After working with Charleston Heating and Air, I can't imagine using anyone else. From my experience, they are the best.

Professional, courteous and reasonable !!! Had to have our system replaced on the 4th of July week of all TIMES ! Their quote was about $1500 less than any other quote we received and the work they did was absolutely awesome !! Deamond and Jamal are a great installation team ! Thanks for getting us cool again Carolina Air, will definitely recommend you and already have to several neighbors !!

Tech was great . He set up both thermostats on Nexia for me while he was here doing routine service. And, he set up a follow up visit to replace one thermostat that has a screen image problem. Very helpful!

The technician was very efficient. He fixed our problem, and then came to inform us what had been done. We were without heat for two very cold days until he fixed the problem. The technician who did the original assessment let us know exactly what the problem was, and how much it would cost to repair.True to his word, the part was installed the next day. He informed us that it would be a different person for the new part installation.The technicianthe next day was very through. He answered our questions regarding heating and air only peripherally related to our current problem. I would definitely call Charleston Heating and Air if another problem arises.

Charleston Heating & Air always makes it right. This was a scheduled regular service call. The technician (JT Wyatt) spent a realistic amount of time checking the health of each unit. He provided a detailed status report and explained each area of concern. Quotes were offered for upkeep , and JT took the time to clear up some confusion I had about thermostat operation. An excellent experience as always.

They came out to the house very quickly for a service call. The technician was on time, called before he got there, was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I was thoroughly impressed with their process and operations over there. Great job. Quick and reliable!
