I have been using Charleston Heating and Air for over 5 years on home and for my clients in the real estate market. They do high quality work and have top of the line equipment that they install. They are always following up on calls and keeping appointments, especially calling on you to maintain your equipment.

Great service as always. I bought my system from them 10 years ago and have had them do the regular maintenance since then. Always timely, honest, and cost effective. My system still works as if it were brand new. I highly recommere Charleston Heating and Air!

Jenané was very helpful setting up the appointment and helping to resolve an error that occurred. The technician, Josh not me another Josh lol, was also very helpful and informative. He actually arrived before his scheduled time, which helped me out a lot, and was very quick. I highly suggest using this company for any A/C needs you may have. Ray was our technician and he was wonderful. Even though our AC unit quit working on a Sunday, response time was prompt and it did not take him long to fix the unit. I was very pleased with Charleston Heating & Air and will continue to use them in the future.
