Most rapid response and professional company I’ve ever dealt with! They were out the same day I called to fix my heater. Very reasonable price and so impressed with the technicians ability to communicate my failed hvac part without me knowing anything about heaters!

Amazing service, amazing staff, and exceptionally professional. We had an issue with one of our units and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem as soon as we gave them the go ahead. The only thing slow was our response to get the issue looked at in the first place.

We have used Charleston hearing and air for two downtown house and one small condo. We have bought 7- or 8 new AC units for two house. Our current house is having many issues and that is surprising, two units are only 3 years old. CHS heating and air designed the system and duck work. Last week you came out twice, one unit was frozen and now the other unit has a major issue. The units are three years old and now thermostatic expansion valve is broken and of course not under warranty. We have been in this house for three years and you have been out many times. We should not have so many issues when you designed the new system. Today was very sad, I was told to replace thermostatic expansion valve it will be around $2000.00. Also, we have to call twice to get someone to come out and that is not OK, we have spent a fortune with you.

My a/c unit recently went out. They had an opening that could work with my schedule, which I loved! When I called, I told the lady wrote down everything that I tried. When the technician came out, he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. As soon as he replaced that part, my a/c started to work again. I think the price is pretty good. I definitely will be using this company in the future.

Yes, five stars and with good reason. Bryan was on time and ready to check our unit. He did so by asking questions and answering concerns we had.
