I’ve always had a wonderful experience w Charleston Heating and Air. They always communicate well and make booking appointments a breeze. Today, Mike called me when he was on his way to the appointment, sent me pictures and updates while I was at work and made the repair quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate him and this company for making the day easy and taking care of our hvac. Highly recommend these guys!

Dustin did a great job. I have had trust issues with other HVAC vendors but I enjoy dealing with Preffered!

My AC broke in the morning. They came the same day to repair. Troy was professional and cleaned up the area before leaving! My AC works great now.

Mike was very kind and extremely thorough. He was able to take photos and explain to us where our AC units were in their life cycle since we just recently bought this home. There weren’t any surprise charges and Jennae in the office is a pleasure as well. I highly recommend them for your services!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company, and specifically Bradlee. Overall it felt honest, he was informed and didn't hesitate in the slightest to explain every little thing upon request. They were quick to show up and help, quick to follow up, and thorough in their approach. This was my first experience with Charleston Heating & Air, but it will absolutely not be my last. Their customer service, in my opinion, is on a different level.

Exceptional service. Our air conditioning died on us today and by the time I realized something was up it was already end of the day 3:30 on a Friday. I saw the Charleston Heating and Air van in our neighbor’s drive way and called them immediately. They were able to come over to fix the issue right after their appt with our neighbor. It was amazing service and response. Rick explained everything so well when he came and took a look. He was very thorough and professional. He fixed the issue and we are saved from this Charleston heat and didn’t have to panic about the upcoming weekend. I am really thankful for their quick response and wonderful customer service.

I had a great experience with Charleston Heating and Air! Jim was awesome, as was customer service when communicating with their office. Jim came out quickly to check my unit when it stopped blowing cool air. He was very professional, knowledgeable of our system, could easily explain the problem with our unit, and worked quickly to get the unit repaired. I will end up having to replace the unit eventually, but have already gotten some very reasonable quotes from them about what to expect when the time comes. I was thrilled the unit could be repaired, while at the same time knowing what to expect down the road when it's time to replace the unit. I'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them hands down to anyone needing heating and air repairs!!
