We were without air. Crew got here when promised and got us fixed quickly and professionally. Great work.

The most professional and friendly company I have ever worked with! The work proposal was very detailed and estimate was very accurate. The crew was amazing that did the work along with the cleanup! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the duct work they replaced and how hard all the staff members worked. I am amazed how much they got done in 1 day! I would highly recommend this company!

Cody Warner did an outstanding job, using his professional expertise and analytical experience to identify the problem with my non functions HVAC unit. He determined the cause and tried unsuccessfully to locate the needed part. He contacted me to let me know his findings, potential cost estimates, process and timeline for getting my service restored. Looking to resolution and restored cooling within the next day or two.
Part took longer to locate. Repaired today with same weather excellent service and communication from Cody.

Green Dot replaced our entire heating and cooling system in our SC home. 3 Units. $50k. One of the cooling/heating units internal control panel is not working therefore the entire system is not working. The ‘very best’ Green Dot can do is perhaps send a technician 4 days from now as they have no technicians available. Not sure what to say other than to recommend no one use this company.

Installed new heat pump. Old system died in the heat. Jordan explained and recommended new system in layman-understandable terms. He and Harry (and Heather) were quick to respond anytime they were contacted and quite happy with result. Comfortably recommend their services.

I have used Green Dot in the past and have been pleased. Sean was very cordial and attentive. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately. I would highly recommend him.
