They broke main trunk line and did not tell me. After they broke Freon line. Right before freeze. They never said anything. Broke trunk line in half. Never told me. Made multiple appts and they never showed or called. Realized that all the good employees had quit. And there is nobody there from Resort Maintce. This place is awful. Do NOt use them if you want a fair price or a good job. They are the WORST. I have to pay for a total inspection of entire system because they sent some roomie who broke multiple things and said nothing. Use them at your own risk. Do not expect anything like resort maintenance. This new group is awful!!! Cannot say how bad. Going to try to add a picture of a repair they did…”repair”.

I am writing this review of Resort Maintenance at the request of Julie Colson, after speaking with her on the phone to commend the installation of our new American Standard Air Conditioner.
We first worked with her company to service our old builders-grade A/C in
2018. We were very, very impressed with Aaron, the A/C technician, who serviced us.
Later we spoke with their sales rep, Charles Basler, about a new A/C
this year It was installed 2 weeks ago in a little less than 6 hours.
We chose this A/C because of (1) its reliability -- better than all other makes, per Consumer Reports, (2) it has the lowest corrosion potential
in coastal environments because of its all-aluminum coils, (3) and because of previous good service by Resort Maintenance.
So, we "tip our hats" to Aaron, Charles, Julie and the office ladies for
their terrific service

Matt came out to a place we are renting on Seabrook Island and traveled an hour to do so. We had no heat and Matt knew exactly what to do. I would like to recognize your team of the below employees' by saying--- I am extreamly pleased with your employees starting with' Supervisor Jordan Davis, and his team Kevin, Kenny and Holdan. Jordan made this very expensive HVAC replacement much easier for me to understand what was needed.. By measuring everything that was going to be replaced as well as going in my attic discovering critters had gotten into the old duck work. (which was taken care of along time ago). The reason I decided to go with your company was because--- Jordan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He sent me photos of the work that needed to be done. He took the time explaining and detailing everything to me. Not one of the other 3 proposals I received took the time to sit down to explain what i would need.. they took pictures and left saying they would send the proposal via email.. in fact no one went in to the attic.

Jordan's team Kenny, Kevin and Holdan were the most polite' professionals' that did the installation of my new unit and duck work. They demonstrated their knowledge of the installation and made sure there was no clean up for me once completed. They worked well together. They worked hard getting the installation completed.

I am completely satisfied with all there work' I highly will recommend them and Green Dot HVAC to others.

One more comment'''I am a retired law enforcement officer with a local police department' that being said, I felt comfortable trusting your employees in my home without any supervision' plus my dog liked them.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Technicians have been to our apartment more than 5 times in the last 6 months and have not solved the issue STILL. I’ve been told by the receptionist multiple times that a technician will be calling me to provide an update and haven’t received any phone calls from anyone. First they didn’t diagnose my unit at all, just charged it up with more Freon which consequently jammed up my compressor which they made us pay to replace, then after replacement charged it with Freon once again and didn’t even come in to the apartment to see if it was working. A few months later a/c stopped working again (because they didn’t test the unit before leaving) and they’ve now replaced just about everything you can in the unit to no avail. Avoid the headache and stay very far away from these guys. This is the first review I’ve ever written and it’s because I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life. If I could leave -10 stars I would. And if you’re the technician that was supposed to call me 3 times by now, give me a call :)

Resort Maintenance has serviced our Mt. Pleasant home's HVAC needs for nearly two decades and recently installed a new American Standard system, which we love for its efficiency and WiFi accessibility. The RM office staffers are always so friendly and professional on the phone, and the same goes for their technicians in the field. During the rare times that we've had to call for urgent service, they've sent crews right out. We really couldn't ask for more in a HVAC service partnership.
