Resort Maintenance was wonderful to work with. Their staff was quick to respond to questions, thorough in their suggestions and considerations for our best options, timely in their scheduling, and a pleasure to work with. The technicians they sent to the house were pleasant and courteous (despite the fact that we had to play musical cars a few times) and were thorough in their job and cleaning up from the job at hand.

Since replacing our main A/C unit in our home, our secondary units have deceased their run times, and the house feels so much better!

Jordan was great when he came out to my home . I was having bad airflow / duct issues on my unit Where my children's bedrooms we’re not cooling down in particular, my daughters bedroom. With my daughter being very sensitive to heat and overheating often resulting in fevers and hospital visits it was very important for me to get this fixed fast and correct . Jordan got the job done in a very timely manner with quality work and even helped me with the scheduling because of my Situation . Jordan also installed a float switch for safety . My whole family only uses jordan !

This will be the only company we use from now on. Great group. 👍

A week ago at 8pm and one day before we were to go out of town, I discovered that one of our air conditioners was not cooling. A technician came out and in the dark, a capacitor was installed for the faulty one. A COOL evening followed.

Also, one of our wall thermostats had been initially installed in a pre-programmable mode. Roy came out from James Island and without an installation manual available figured out how to un-preprogram the unit. He explained everything to me. He is by far the most professional and knowledgable technician I have ever dealt with. Any other person would have said, "I cannot fix this so you will have to have another one installed." Those are not cheap either. That says a lot about his character.

I was very hesitant about Green Dot taking over from Bozzelli which we had used for over 25 years. BUT, I have NO hesitation about asking for Roy to be the technician for any future problems we may have. Green Dot is extremely fortunate to have such a professional and knowledgable technician on their staff. Dee Jackson

We were pleased that, twice in recent months, Green Dot (formerly Bozzelli Heating & Air) was able to give us same-day service when our HV/AC system wasn't working properly. Our technician, Roy, was quick to diagnose and repair the problem. I was pleased with their service and will call them again.

Kevin and Julie are amazing to work with. They provided us with several options when we needed to replace our A/C unit. They offered us the most comprehensive plan to address all of our concerns, and did not try to sell us on price alone. In our opinion their knowledge, honesty, and expertise is the best in the industry.

I have the service plan with Green Dot, and they have been regularly maintaining my HVAC for a couple of years. I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Julie for over 18 years now. I can say with out a doubt they work their hardest to provide us with the best possible service. Resort Maintenance had worked for us for 18 years they have done everything from electrical, heating & air, painting,plumbing, carpet selection whatever was needed they did a wonderful job. As out of state owners this has been so wonderful to know that the job will be done correctly while we are away. Great company.
