Liberty Plumbing & HVAC

Mike and Brian were able to come out and replace the fan motor in my HVAC unit on short notice and at a really affordable price. I will definitely be calling them for any future HVAC needs!

I have been doing business with this company for 7+ years. They have done HVAC work and reran plumbing pipes that were leaking under my slab foundation house. They have always gone above and beyond to solve my problems quickly. They do what they say they are going to do at a fair price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with repairs to my home.

My home warranty company sent them out for a plumbing issue. They were able to schedule quickly and were willing to be flexible with times. After the evaluation, things went downhill. They didn’t get back to me at first, then needed a second evaluation. Then they forgot about the first appointment. Things happen so we just rescheduled. That appointment was missed due to their system being down. Both times, I said no problem and didn’t really care. Called them the next week to set another appointment. They came and started the work and got the majority of it done. They were not able to finish the job and the bathtub handles/fixtures were still very loose (faucet almost falling off) and caulking not done, so there is a gap from the tile to the back of the tub. As the son was leaving, he said to call them to schedule a time to finish up. I called them 1-2 times a week for a month with no response. Called my warranty co, who left them a message about coming back to finish up. Still no response. Called the home warranty of the next week, they were able to get a response that they don’t do drywall, which wasn’t what I needed from them. They reached out to Liberty again. Called home warranty the next week- Liberty said home warranty doesn’t do framing. Once again, that’s not what I was asking for and if something isn’t covered, I would think Liberty would reach out to give me a quote. The next week I called home warranty again. They reached out to Liberty one more time explaining my issue isn’t with the dry wall or framing, I just want the job completed that they started and the gap in the tile they left caulked. Still no response. The next day I called and asked my home warranty to change to a different company, as Liberty can’t even be bothered to call or text and leaves work unfinished. I would not recommend Liberty as they are not responsive and judging by other reviews, have a tendency to miss appointments and act rudely towards customers.

To add- had another plumbing company come out to finish and fix what Liberty started. They said they job was pretty much a sh***y low quality job, and confirmed unfinished. They will have to remove what Liberty did and rework it. They mentioned they did not even attach the faucets in the correct direction and that Liberty used incorrect materials and procedures.
So other than blowing me off, Liberty also does shoddy work.

I submitted a claim through our home warranty service on 8/13. Upon doing so, Liberty Plumbing was assigned. After 4 missed appointments, they finally confirmed they would come out on 8/19. Before coming, they asked that I turn on the unit, which caused it to freeze up, and the tech said they had to come back the next day (8/20) to let it thaw. They didn't come until 8/23, and all they did was check the Freon levels and stated it was low. They then told Choice that I refused payment (which I never did). I'm happy to pay, but they never asked for payment, nor did they provide any semblance of service. I will be submitting an issue with the BBB as this wasted a tremendous amount of time in the summer that we had to endure without AC.

Called Liberty to come and clear a stoppage in my sewage system. They were able to come out that day and fix the problem when other companies could not come for a few days. Very proficient and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Broke my working A/C blower to say that was the problem. I assume the home warranty company pays more for the blower to be fixed. Left us to fend for ourselves with kids in the home. Total fraud and a scam.

Mike and his son are wonderful. They've been to my home for various plumbing projects. They are very professional and make sure the job is done properly. No unnecessary extras. True to their word. I wouldn't call anyone else. They are the best!

Great experience! Water heater went out on a Friday night and they had it replaced by 8:00 the next morning. Professional, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend Liberty Services!
