Our AC went out while at our condo on Kiawah Island, SC. I called IMS first thing in the morning and I was their second call of the day. The technician was fast and efficient. Vacation saved!

Andy Clark, President, sold me an American Standard HVAC system at a better price than others. Sam, Mark, and Harry did an excellent job on removing my old system and installing the new one. Since we live in the Low Country, they needed to modify the Heat Pump's stand to make maintenance easier. The air handler is in the attic which the crew removed and installed easily, though I wasn't sure how they were going to get it up there. The new thermostat allows us extensive control with multi-functional capabilities. We are very pleased with their work and will recommend them to our neighbors.
