We moved to Johns Island and searched for an HVAC service. After two misfires, we tried Island Mechanical. We have had scheduled maintenance and repair service from them and have been very pleased. They schedule promptly, arrive when scheduled and jump right to work. The service is thorough and systematic. Sam, the service rep, is professional and enthusiastic. He seems to truly enjoy and take pride in his work. The fees are reasonable. Truly satisfied that we have the right company!

They have fired all of their staff and replaced them from the original staff from resort maintenance. Their prices are too high and I’ve told all my friends and family not to use them.

Our thermostat died. We called, and Island Mechanical worked us into their schedule that very day. Everything was fixed in 35 minutes and we’re now enjoying cool air. If it had been another company (which we used to use), they would have told us we needed an expensive part and another service call. These guys are honest and professional, and oh so nice to take care of us so fast.

My regular service technician was super busy so I gave Island Mechanical a try based on a friend's recommendation. They were superb in every way. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and unexpected same day service when I called at 1:30pm! They will treat you right and go out of their way to help you. Cannot recommend them enough.

Pat Bozzelli & his team at Bozzwelli AC & Heating have been a lifesaver so many times for our family, I can't count. Unlike some, they arrive the day I call...while some don't call back at all. They also don't try to up sell you like certain companies especially with services you truly don't need. Don't fall for the long list some of these companies try to sell you. As a CHS native, Bozzelli AC & Heating is our number one. Also, always be sure to contact the real Bozzelli AC & Heating as there are folks out there with similar brands.
