Passion Heating and Air

5 Stars across the board! I recently had the pleasure of working with Passion Heating and Air and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only was the technician able to fix my AC quickly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain the issue to me in detail and even told me ways to make my AC last longer. I will definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of quality HVAC service.

Use to be a amazing company had them install a new system a few years ago and did an amazing job. But now I can't even get them to call me back to schedule a basic check up on the system.

John Passion is a contractor you can trust. He installed the air conditioners in our remodel and did a first rate job. He has serviced them and I had him come back and install an additional unit. He has not failed to fix anything that comes up. He is very responsive and easy to work with. I absolutely would recommend him for anyone looking for heating and air. Jon

Wonderful job! Jon and his crew are awesome! They came highly recommended by a well respected general contractor when a unit in our home failed. Service was prompt and the end result was perfect. Add competitive pricing to the mix- what more could you ask? :)

John and his team were excellent to work with on our recent replacement of our entire HVAC system. Not only was he very responsive to my questions but his guys did a great job and left the house like nothing had happened. It was quite a job and they knocked it out in a day. The customer service, along with the great price, far exceeded our expectations. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks John, Dave and the other guys who helped!

John and his team at Passion had a great price, arrived on time, completed their work when they said they would and were very professional throughout the entire job. The house is now nice and cool (or warm according to the weather!) Their labor warranty is better than any others we contacted. I highly recommend them.

Such an awesome company! After our house reached 88 degrees and my husband had tried everything he could think of to fix our AC, we called Passion Heating and Air at about 9:30 on a Saturday night. John arrived within 15 minutes and had our AC working again in less than an hour. We could not be happier. The price was very reasonable, John was awesome and it's clear this company gives 100% towards customer service. We absolutely recommend this company and are grateful to be in an air conditioned house again :-)

I would give them a zero star if I could. Has no on call emergency services available on weekends and holidays. Technicians unable to diagnose simple problems such as thermostat wire disconnected from unit requiring two visits on two two days. Owner lacks integrity, service staff and office staff unprofessional, and never on time. Do not use this hvac company. I’ve used them over years and watched them go downhill fast over the years. Regret trying to be loyal customer.

Really John, have her check the volume on her headset, because we talked not 3 minutes later and you you know I was not screaming. I questioned her and you on my emergency repairs which I spoke to you on Sunday afternoon after two calls to your on call line that you , the owner told me “there was nothing on the books that you knew of, and 8-10 am service when I have no Ac for two days, and have to be at my nursing job at 10:30 would be fine.” You open at 8am and when no one from Passion called or showed up...I called at 8:40 am. Your advertised business hours is on call weekends and holidays and open 8 am normal business days.

Your threatening response in comment below, and blaming the customer for an AC problem is not a good look for you as the owner of a local small business John. Especially, when your technicians were at our home two separate days last month to diagnose simple loose thermostat didn’t bother to educate /inform me I was overdue for my maintenance since your installation. Clearly your priority is not servicing your current customers but only on the money making big new installs. I am an RN in the community and do not yell, I do advocate for myself and others when in an emergency such as no AC for 2.5 days in SC Summer and when I’m not getting quality service pushed off until afternoon, when you (the owner) said you knew of no other emergencies on the books over the telephone. Clearly you didn’t like me reminding you of yesterday’s afternoon when at that time you called me delusional. So stop the threatening, the lies , and the name calling while you are ahead John.

I am calm and cool now thanks to another company that was at my place in 2 hrs from my call. You might want to though because a bad review shouldn’t trigger you so bad you have to respond in an unprofessional manner.

I was extremely pleased with Passion Heating and Air. They were very responsive, punctual, professional and offered a very fair price for the services provided. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Truly a five star experience. Called and spoke with John, the owner, about a bad compressor. He had someone out that day to our house. Dave, the gentleman that came out, verified the compressor was bad and did a thorough walk through of the area of the house this unit went to. He took measurements asked about our windows, all to make sure any unit they quoted us on would do the job it should. John emailed a quote that evening, that was more than reasonable. We signed off on the estimate and within 24 hours we had a new unit up and working. I knew we needed to replace the unit but had no idea they would have it done so soon. Dave was there for the entire install. The house and garage were spotless after they finished. Dave made sure I completely understood how the new thermostat worked before letting me sign off on the completed work order. John called and followed up the next day. Our only complaint was that the compressor ran too quietly, we had a little trouble sleeping not hearing the old compressors fan running outside of our bedroom window. I would highly suggest getting Passion Heating and Air to do service and/or install units for you.
