Kim was extremely helpful and responsive. Very professional and helped get our second AC working properly after 3 days of being inoperable. I would definitely use this company again.

Chris came out to check out our HVAC unit. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us several options for how we could move forward with the repair. We really appreciated the time he took in our home, it’s clear he cares about what he does!

The Carney and Son crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. Everyone was courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our house was built in 1982 and I don’t think the ducts had ever been cleaned so they were filthy. They cleaned the blower motor and housing, the coils, washed all of the registers, vacuumed all of the ducts out, and fogged the system in around three hours. Well worth the price. Good job guys and girl!

Collin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. I was also very appreciative of his enthusiasm to answer all my many questions about our HVAC system. He was very open and personable in his communication.

A misscommunication brought an unusually high estimate for replacing a circuit board. They contacted me and reduced the estimate and said that price was good for one year. That was a nice offer. The unit is working now so waiting to see how long it holds out.

Replaced a complete hvac system. I got several estimates & Carney & Sons gave me the most value for the price. Not the cheapest, but a very detailed & thorough job, including removing some hvac items from the attic the previous installers left behind. TJ did a post installation inspection & had the exterior work fine tuned & I'm super happy with the look. Also, they offered a 18 month interest free payment program. I'm so impressed that I just transferred my hvac maintenance for another home over to them. And, plan to use them to install mini splits in another.
