Steven was extremely knowledgeable and professional to work with. He installed and explained how the P-Max filter works. He showed me how to tie my off power to the unit and change the filter. It was a pleasure to have someone take time and explain the filter system in a friendly manner. Thank you for employing professional technicians.

Kim was prompt, quick with appointment and informed me of her findings. Plus she appreciated my dogs!

I contacted them through Angie around 8 am, and had a technician here at 1:45 pm. They were responsive throughout the day, the technician worked quickly to diagnose my issue, price out a solution and get the parts ordered for a repair the next day.

Would use them again.

EDIT: They arrived early for the repair the next day as promised, and they called to make sure being their early was ok. They did the work quickly and efficiently, while also being very conscious of my wife having an online appointment during their job. The AC works like a dream now, they were very polite and responsive. Great people to work with!

We had our annual inspection and found the condenser pump and switch was in need of replacement. We also choose to add the P-Mac filter that the technician suggested. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with asthma and this would make the air allot cleaner. Happy to know our AC company is on top of the latest technology and is here to help maintain our heating and air needs. Steven was also very knowledgeable and professional.
