Colin was our serviceman and was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. We have used yheir services for at least 10 years and they always respond quickly and solve our issues. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Steven came and repaired our HVAC. He took his time, found the issue, gave us options, and was very personable. I’ve had no more issues and the unit seems to be running better than ever (it’s 11 years old).

I would definitely recommend Carney and Sons 72 degrees to any one who needs HVAC replacement, installation, or repair!

Steven came out and did a phenomenal job working on our system. Advice and guidance offered on our system was top notch.

As a result of my positive experiences, a neighbor called Carney and Kim was the tech who serviced his heat pump. He reported being very pleased as well.

Overall, Carney & Son 72 Degrees is a local company that cares about performing quality work at a fair price for local clients. As a first time home-owner, this was especially important to me.

One day my AC stopped blowing cold air. A technician named Bobby from Carney and Son 72 Degrees was the first to help me. Bobby was honest and thorough. He provided various repair and service options after assessing my AC system and discovering that my outdoor capacitor was broken. Bobby also explained that my system was 20 years old and had bacteria growth as well as damaged coils despite it's ability to still function. He explained how those factors impact efficiency, cost, and EPA compliance. After hearing this, I chose to get a quote for a full system replacement. He got the quote in less than 10 minutes then he helped me get my AC running in the near term - for free.

He also pointed out questionable workmanship of a provider that was supposed to have installed a UV lighting system. He encouraged me to file complaints and get refunded by this other service provider. I'm very thankful for this. He embodied the quality promised by Carney and Son 72 Degrees by ensuring I received accurate and honest information about my AC system.

The very next day - quick turnaround - Zach and Chris from Carney and Son 72 Degrees came to replace my indoor and outdoor unit(s). Both Zach and Chris were professional, honest, and polite. They installed both units in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards, and even completed some additional finishing touches; i.e., installed a free grill and blanket over a hole that they needed to cut to install the new indoor unit. As a result, when they were done installing the new unit, I had no additional work to perform, they did it all!

At the same time, an additional contractor from a different company was present to repair the UV lighting system. Zach and Chris were kind to the other technician and created a professional and respectful environment. I highly recommend Carney & Son 72 Degrees!

Kim was amazing! She was friendly and had a can-do attitude when she arrived to diagnose our heat problem, identified the issue and repaired it in minutes, and went the extra step of testing related components to make sure nothing else would cause issues moving forward. She was an absolute professional who reflects well on the company. Thank you Carney and feel free to send Kim again the next time we need you 😀 !
