Carney & Son 72 Degrees

They were good when we signed on. They miss appointments now and last tech who came out for service barely did anything. I even just caught their phone rep lying about calling and texting me to cover the appointment blunder. Lying to me is it! Time to move on to a different company.

We've been with Carney & Sons for three years. They had been recommended by a good friend who has had them for years and said they are great. She was right, and we will continue to recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.
James was excellent when he came for our spring maintenance check this year. He answered our questions about energy efficiency in our new house thoroughly without talking over our heads.
Carney's staff and service people are always super friendly and helpful. Great company.

I was very satisfied with this company. Kim came out to do some repairs on my HVAC. She was early upon arrival. Very prepared and well mannered. 10/10 would recommend!

Kevin Elkins came to my house today to do a preventive maintenance check on my heating system. This was my first time meeting him and I was impressed. He's very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He's easy
to talk to and didn't mind me asking him questions. From the way he talked, he likes to educate people on what he's doing and made some suggestions to help make my unit perform better and longer with no pressure on his part. He's a great asset to the company. Carney & Son 72 Degrees has the best people working for them in the field and in the office. They are all professional and know what they're doing. They are honest and hard working people who will never steer you wrong.

Kimberly Chavez was extremely prompt, professional and explained everything that was going on elementary style for me to understand exactly what was needed. It was refreshing to have someone speak to me like a human and walk me through the estimate and service every step of the way! 10/10 if I could rate that high!!
