Service Pro Heating and Air

Cody came in and was wonderful! He is super nice and courteous! He went right to work and found the issue. Cody explained the situation and worked quickly to get me back up and running.

Service pro was sent out by my home warranty company bc i had been having issues w my AC not cooling. After they came out the guy said i needed a new compressor and later that day , the AC Completely stopped working. I called today & said it was a 2-3 week wait for a compressor and nothing they could do for me until then. I contacted someone else today to come take a look at my unit and he showed me where the guy from service pro had intentionally disconnected the fan in there & he stated that’s why it had stopped working. He hooked it back up and took out some Freon & the unit immediately began cooling. Def don’t recommend.

Liars and unethical company. These people were called to my house through my home warranty. The technician told me the blower motor failed. They told the home warranty that the units filter was dirty and denied the service. The tech never even saw the filters because I was present during his visit. Do not do business with this unethical company.

Since the company decided to respond and continue with the false statements I will update my review here. The blower motor is perfectly clean inside the evaporator cabinet. I would be glad to see a picture from your visit but we both know you just want to avoid doing any real work for these home warranty companies. The blower is in a pull through arrangement in relation to the evaporator coil so I find it had to believe the blower could be that dirty yet the coils are perfect and functioning. Please continue to show that you are not trust worthy and possibly not competent mechanically. Again the filters are inside the house and you provided false information to the home warranty company.

Cody Reynolds and James Osteen were the 2 different technicians who came out to service my AC. They were both professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Assigned this company for an HVAC repair this summer. They came out, stated it was a wiring problem, bypassed the thermostat to keep it on, and said they’d come back Monday. It broke again hours later. They never came back despite us calling them multiple times, the freon leaked, and now our Hvac is fried. We’ve gone from needing a wire to needing a new unit due to their negligence while our toddler baked in sc heat. Avoid at all costs.

Edited to add: Chisholm heating and cooling is phenomenal. They had us running again in two hours (…with a new unit). No electrician necessary.

Completely trust these guys! - the owner operator - Richard Cansler - and his team, are very experienced and professional. We have a service contract with Service Pro and recently decided to replace 1 of our two AC units and these guys gave us a great price and installed the outside and inside air handler within 2 days of ordering. They did a fantastic job and provide great customer service.

I highly recommend this team of professionals.
