Service Pro Heating and Air

Service Pro was assigned by our home warranty company. James was the technician that came and did a quick and amazing job getting it fixed! He even gave me some pointers on how the systems work and ways to help keep the house cool!

James, the service tech, arrived on time and quickly diagnose the problem. He did not have the part in his truck so he went to a local supplier to get the required parts and returned within an hour to fix my unit and restore it to full functionality. Outstanding service, the best I've had for heating and cooling repairs.

This is the second time James has serviced our AC through our home warranty company. James is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Fixes the issue quickly and always has the parts he needs!

Our heat started working intermittently until it totally stopped on the coldest nights and after the weather changed to the hottest days this month, the ac stopped cooling I contacted AHS and they sent Service Pro, who sent James. He was on time, very professional and he was very knowledgeable about assessing the problem. He didn't have to replace any parts so after he diagnosed the problem we had air conditioning working in no time and he said that everything else should work as it should. It didn't take long at all. I was very pleased with his work and he was very pleasant. I will certainly ask for him if we need this type of repair in the future. Thanks James, thanks Service Pro.

Our home warranty sent Service Pro Heating & Air when the AC motor failed. James was the technician and he was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away and made sure everything else was in working order. He even showed me how to tell which part has failed. Thank you for helping us stay cool over the summer!
