Service Pro Heating and Air

Our home warranty company sent Service Pro Heating & Air when our furnace started acting up. We got very lucky, our tech James was excellent. He made sure after the repair that nothing else was acting up by testing each of the major components. We are as good as new again and just in time for this crazy cold weather. I will be calling and asking for James again.

We used Service Pro Heating & Air recently. We were a few days delayed due to the sickness of the technician covering our area, but they always kept us informed. Travis covers our area next to Reidville, and he fixed the problem. Replaced the damper/motor. It has been a week, and we have not had further issues. Excellent and polite service and we would recommend them.

James came out fast and on time. We had a known freon leak that other companies just replaced the freon in the past. But James fixed the real problem and put in some stop-leak so we hopefully won't keep having this issue every year! Thank you so much for being honest and fixing the root problem, James!!!! Truly appreciate it!

This is the second time James has been to my home to service equipment. The first time was for a furnace repair and this time it was was for a preseason inspection on my two HVAC units. He arrived on time, was professional, and he took the time to explain the process I will request James by name for future repairs. I suggest you do the same you will not be disappointed.
