I'm a long time client of AHS for both the positives and negatives with a recent major negative with a different issue at my home. I had an issue with my A/C before I could switch home warranty companies. James the tech from Service Pro Heating and Air came out, diagnosed the issue, and replaced a switch that controls the outside fan and compressor that was running 100% of the time independent of our thermostat. Two days in the fix is still working. So far, so good.

Used them through Old Republic Home Protection warranty service. Cody Reynolds did a fantastic job in pointing out everything that he could do for us! Very knowledgeable of our air conditioning unit. Sadly he could not get our air conditioner up and running but he did provide a long detailed explanation of what is wrong with unit and turned it in to ORHP. I would definitely recommend Cody!!

This has been an on going issue for two months regarding getting our ac unit fixed. They were first called to our house in June. A few days later our upstairs ac unit went out. We have called numerous times, they keep saying they had to find the correct parts, now saying we need a new handler and they have to see what American home shield will cover. We called American home shield on Saturday and they never even turned the report in. Its been two months and not one report has even been turned in. Meanwhile upstairs our kids have had no AC for two months. We are still waiting for them to resolve the issue. My husband is an attorney, and this not ok from a customer service stand point at all. We have tried to be patient and kind, but this is not how you treat customers. If this is not resolved a formal complaint will be filed.

By far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with any hvac service. Cody was able to diagnose and resolve my issue in a very quick yet precise manner. Cody even gave me preventive maintenance advice to prevent my issue from happening again. If I can, I will request him to come back for all of my hvac needs.
