We’ve been continually impressed with the service we have received from Service Pro over the last 5+ years. The first few times we used them, Service Pro was sent by our home warranty to service our HVAC. Most recently, our home warranty sent out another company whose service was inefficient and overpriced, in my opinion. We chose to hire Service Pro on our own to fix our problem and could not have been more pleased with the service we received. I initially spoke with David who advised me as to whether a second opinion would be beneficial for the problem we were having. He also did not criticize the other HVAC company that our home warranty sent out. After the initial inspection, they found the same problem, but found a part in stock and the cost to repair it was much cheaper. Ashley was a pleasure to work with! She got us on the schedule the next day, even interrupting a meeting to confirm that we could be squeezed in, which was just phenomenal since our AC had been out for two weeks at that point. The two technicians, Lamar and Danny, that completed the job were friendly and thorough. They also put up with my dog who wanted to supervise them as they completed every step of the job. I highly recommend Service Pro!
I hate to ever post a bad review, but I can't let this one pass. Service Pro has misdiagnosed the problem with my furnace twice, replacing parts two times before telling me the entire heating unit needed to be replaced. The time span from their first visit to their last was two months. I have been without heat for ten weeks now. The worst part of the experience was their lack of communication between visits. They would not answer their phone during the day. They would not return my call requests though their answering service says "calls will be returned on the next business day". I asked the technicians to have the owner call me. I left messages for the owner to call me, but never heard from him. Needless to say, I did not allow them to install a new unit in my home. I gave them plenty of time to call and resolve this before sharing my horrendous experience.
Honest and helpful! Got our system up and running without any problem. Even worked on a second problem that came up after they finished. We were assigned them through our warranty AHS and will be requesting them again if needed. David in the office answered every question and helped to set things up and called back each time. Lamar was out to evaluate the problem and again with Richard to fix it when the parts came in. It was nice to have the same tech each time as I felt confident he knew what he was doing. No complaints here.
James was very professional and explained everything in plain English where I understood why the unit failed and checked out the system completely. Definitely will request him again when in need again. Thanks James
I had a visit from Service Pro through my home warranty company. I had a really positive experience. They solved a problem that a previous other local HVAC company was too lazy to notice. They were willing to crawl into a crawlspace when others would not. Some of these home warranty programs don't cover much other than if something is dead broke. This puts the contractors that service these calls in an odd spot, looking like they didn't do what they were supposed to do. The issue may be the home warranty business model and the potential few circumstances it makes sense to carry one.
Communication was great from the time they were assigned to our home warranty ticket. The day our service was scheduled it was storming so they made sure to call and let us know that they wouldn’t make it out that day but worked around our schedule to get out the next day or so. Richard was super helpful and identified our issue right away and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Service Pro to anyone who has HVAC issues.
Our technician, Cody was very knowledgeable and thorough in his repair work. We appreciate his, and Service Pro's diligence in getting this breakdown repaired.
James arrived prior to scheduled time and instantly determined the issue. He had it repaired in no time I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the issue and the steps he took to fix it!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This unprofessional unethical company was sent to my house to check on my gas pack hvac system from my home warranty company. They told my company that my thermostat was broken and it would not be covered to fix. Only thing is my thermostat works fine and has been giving me AC all summer. Had a more reputable company come out on my own dime and they thoroughly diagnosed a hardware issue with my unit. I have called and left a dozen messages with service pro to follow up, no answer every time, and no call backs. I have gone over 3 weeks without heat because of them. I feel like a lawsuit is in order. Seems like they just write up fake reports for the home warranty company so they don't have to cover anything and make their $100 service fee for doing nothing.
