I just wanted to commend the technician James. He was sent by American Home Shield to repair my AC. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes, and had the parts to repair my unit on the spot. I couldn’t be happier with service pro! From the office staff who scheduled my repair to James who had my unit going in no time. I would recommend them any time
Update: I posted a one-star review (part of which is as follows): Lindsey was extremely rude and irate from the moment I identified myself the one and only time I called to request an update. She cut me off before I could finish my question, and said, "Unfortunately, Ms. Hall, you are not the only one without heat." I told her I just hadn't been notified if the part was able to be ordered. She stated, "We don't have to notify you of anything." I asked her to whom she reports, and she replied that she is the Office Manager. I asked her who her boss is? The owner? She said, "Yes." I asked for his name, and she replied, "Richard Camsler." I thanked her for the information. She said then, "You have a good day," and hung up... within 15 minutes of my call to Lindsey, I got a text message that a tech would be at my home on 11/30 to replace the valve. Travis did return, reported the problem was fixed, and he left. I returned home after work to discover that in fact the heat was not working. NO HEAT. So, I posted the negative review. The next morning, the owner of the company called me. He was extremely polite and professional. He assured me that he would have my furnace fixed as soon as possible with no additional service fees or charges, if I would allow him the opportunity to do so. He went out of his way to rearrange the technician's schedule so that he could return to my home the next afternoon. Travis, the technician, discovered that an additional part had to be ordered, but he was able to get my heat to run (but only through the next day, lol). However, as soon as the part came in, Travis was dispatched to come back and install it. This was two days ago (after a month with no heat), and I waited until today to add to this review just to be sure the heat would continue to work. So far, so good! I have upgraded this review from one to four stars. Travis and Mr. Camsler, the owner, are top-notch. I realize it takes time to get parts, and that sometimes the first repair doesn't always work. I hope the rest of the staff at Service Pro will take Mr. Camsler's approach to customer service to heart. Had I not been treated so rudely when I called to check on the status of the first part, this would definitely have been a 5-star review.
Edit: Later in the day, our pan was almost overflowing with water and the pump also became full. After trying to call Service Pro and getting a voicemail. (They really need an after hours emergency number!!!) We then began to look all over the unit to try and figure out why the brand new pump wasn't working. We finally found a little cardboard tab that said 'remove', pulled it out and the pump began working. We had to vacuum out the water from the pan. The technician didn't remove that little piece of cardboard and it was 'this' close to flooding our entire basement.
We were very impressed with Service Pro Heating and Air. The office was very responsive and kept us up to date with appointment time via email and text. Cody, our tech, was very professional and showed up during the service arrive window. He introduced himself via the phone and then at our front door, which I really appreciated. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it quickly. We would welcome Cody back to work on our equipment again.
James was the best! I never thought I would so thoroughly enjoy getting my AC/HVAC unit serviced. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and made me laugh dozens of time while he was working. Thank you James, hope to see you for our summer tune up!

Service Pro was sent to my home by my insurance company. The fan motor on my air conditioner had stopped working. James had the correct replacement motor on his truck when he arrived at my house and in about an hour he had my air conditioning back on and running again. James provided professional Service with a warm and friendly attitude. I will definitely recommend Service Pro to my friends and family.
