Service Pro was sent to my home by my home warranty company. James arrived on time and had my system repaired and back on and cooling in about 15-20 minutes. What more could you ask for?!?! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of HVAC services.

One star is way too generous. I rarely leave negative reviews, I just take my business elsewhere, but this interaction ranks as probably my worst all-time. I’m not going to spend an inordinate amount of time typing this, so if you want to know how it went, read Jonathan Caleb’s review and mine is almost identical, except it took 3 MONTHS in the summer for my a/c to get fixed. Was part of it tied to HSA and their ridiculous processes? Absolutely. But never returning my phone calls, me having to make every contact because Service Pro never would, Service Pro hardly ever making any contact with me, Service Pro hanging up on me, Service Pro needing weeks to even set up an appointment (more than once), Service Pro techs not even checking the part that was visibly different to ensure it was right before (and during) installing and stranding me for another week during the summer now with NO a/c in our bedrooms, Service Pro techs never responding to my calls or texts, Service Pro not reinstalling my quasi-functional a/c until they could get the right part in, Service Pro not communicating with me, all that is on Service Pro. Two of my units went down at the same time and I paid an a/c contractor on the other unit just to try to have one floor working despite them being “covered”, and he was there same day, with the part needed, and handled it. After speaking with him on what were the issues with both units, I called 4 OTHER a/c contractors with the problem and asked if/when they could handle it, and all 4 said they had the parts, and could be there that day or first thing on the next day. So that’s 5 of 5. So while HSA sucks with their part requirements and processes to their contractors which isn’t Service Pro’s fault, all the steps that Service Pro could control, they failed. I will leave one positive note… Tiffany was the one person I managed to speak with that actually seemed to care and try to make things right, with what little she was able to influence.

We've been without a fully functioning A/C unit for over 4 months. Alot of miscommunication and delays along the way. Now we have no A/C whatsoever and we have pets in the house. In today's society you can't just leave your windows open all day while you go to work. To make matters worse, American Home Shield is complicating the process by not covering a new unit months ago. They don't cover anything apparently. So frustrated that we were told we're would be a priority and here we sit and wait another week and a half because this company has their techs out on a new install. The technicians that have come out have been friendly and knowledgeable, so that's a plus. Not sure we'd ever use this company again. Definitely will not use American Home Shield.

James came out to look at our AC unit that had not been working for almost a week. He was able to clearly explain what was wrong with your unit and replace the part that was broken same day! We definitely got lucky that the part needed was on his truck.

This isn't my first time using Service Pro Heating & Air - I will continue to contact them for my HVAC needs because I appreciate how down to earth and knowledgable their service team is. I appreciate that I always learn something new about how HVAC systems work every time a technician comes out to the house.
