James came out to do my Fall tune-up through my warranty company. I have 3 heat pumps (1 Trane and 2 Yorks). I asked if I could follow him around and take notes and he was more than happy to accommodate. He explained everything to me and even went into the science behind things where possible. Plus, the warranty company was able to have him do a repair ticket while there (vs. scheduling for another time) and James walked me through the troubleshooting process too. I am so much more knowledgeable about my heat pumps now and am super happy to finally find a great Heating and Air company.

Stay away from this company!!! We had a brand new unit installed in 2020 by them. Our system went bad in December 2022, due to their poor workmanship. They had to put another unit in December 2022. Than after turning our hot water heater off they left us without hot water for a day. The customer service was very rude!
