Rusty came by to restore pressure to my kitchen sink faucet, hot water in a bathroom, and check hot/cold water taps in washing machine. He was quick, explained each issue clearly, and was so pleasant! Very efficient and a pleasure to work with. He gave excellent service for minor issues,and I will call PIP in the future for the "BIG" stuff! Super experience!

Two years ago, a tree fell on our home. Plumbing in Pink helped us out of several MAJOR situations (see my review from that timeframe). So, they are our go-to phone call for any other plumbing issues. I woke up to no hot water yesterday. I called them, they got a tech out right away to diagnose the problem (despite being seriously busy catching up on customer-calls fueled by record low temps). Yup. Hot water heater was done-for. They were able to get a new hot water heater installed before day's end. Shout out to Laurie in the office and Wes and Jayden for such great service and getting our hot water back on in a day! Thanks y'all. You have taken care of our family for several years now, and we are grateful.

Plumbing in Pink picked up the phone immediately and put me on their schedule. Jason was on time and very professional. He fixed everything I asked for and more for a reasonable price. Even when I asked his advice at the end, he fixed a small issue in the second toilet for free. Would definitely recommend their services to everybody!

I felt like I won the lottery when I found Plumbing in Pink. They are able to fulfill all of my repair and remodel needs and are working with me to do the work in waves. Plumbing in Pink was at my home to flush my hot water heater. While Wes was here I asked him about a fishy smell that comes from my dishwasher. He felt it was my disposal since we had just installed a new dishwasher with new hoses. Wes replaced the disposal ($600). The fishy smell was still present when running the dishwasher the very next day. I then spent over a week trying to have someone call me back to address that I still had the problem. I did finally get in touch with Wes again and he came & adjusted a hose (no charge). The fishy smell is still happening. I spoke to Wes again and he said he was on his way to a meeting & would ask because he was unsure what could be causing the problem. He said he’d call me back but that was last Thursday at 8 am & I still have not heard back. When I call the office, I’m told they want me to contact the plumber himself. At this point I’m at a loss what to do but I can’t say that I’d recommend them to friends & family.
