This company is run by crooks. I had a unit installed and have had a problem every year. They refuse to take care of the issue but continue to put a band aid on it. All while charging me. I would not invest in this company. They charged me $180 to flip a breaker. I’d recommend finding a company who actually cares about their customers.

A/C quit on a Friday, I called B&K Services at 5 pm. They sent someone to fix it, they came just 35 min later. 45 min they had it fixed and cooling. Very knowledgeable, and professional. He checked for warranty and was very thorough. Thanks B&K for saving us from a HOT weekend!!

Starting with Darlene, who took my info and got me scheduled ( took 2 days!!!!😊) to Josh the awesome technician who had to be creative because we didn’t have attic access to the gas vent that needed to be fixed-I am so grateful ! I got the runaround with our roofer and 2 other HVAC contractors!!! Reliable, honest and priced fair!!!!

I called in a service request for my AC freezing up and not cooling my house, someone responded the same day (Saturday, July 9th) charged me a $100 service fee, and told me I had to wait until Monday to see if the part needed was in stock. The technician instructed me to leave my thermostat on with the fan in the on position - which resulted in my unit freezing up AGAIN! Fast forward to Monday, July 11th, no one called to update me on the part in stock or needing to be ordered, so I called B&K and was told they had to order the part and there was a 5–7-day lead time. Moving ahead to today, July 18th I have received no communication, I have called the office twice being told I would get a call back with no call back, the last call I made at 1:24pm was told I would have a call within 10 minutes, no call came through, I called again and was told the lady I was speaking to went home for the day. During the first call I made at 10am I asked for a tracking update, called back at 1:24pm and was told she had not had time to check on things that she was waiting on parts for 3 people and would call back in 10 minutes - never received a call back. I called 3 other companies that either had the part on hand or could receive the part within 2 days. Everyone in the HVAC industry I have spoken to is baffled at how long I have been without AC waiting on a part to come in. B&K does not care about their clients, does not communicate, and lacks knowledge considering my unit froze up after doing as I was instructed. Not to mention, B&K installed my HVAC unit when the home was built by Ryan Homes, only 4 years ago. On Monday July 9th, I was told my warranty expires the first week of August – so maybe B&K was playing the waiting game so I could be charged for the part? I canceled my work order request with B&K and went with another company where I will be paying for the part, so I can have AC for my 1-year-old Child. I am highly disappointed in the quality of service and communication.
