Keith with Air Today confirmed the appointment the day of the service and was on time. He was very professional and thoroughly explained any recommended service. I was extremely happy with Air Today and will def the using them again for all of our HVAC needs.

The team at Air Today was incredibly helpful and professional from the time I called to make an appointment to the time they left after installing my dryer vent and bathroom vent. I have used Air Today Heating & Cooling for as long as I’ve owned my house (16y, back when Frank Taylor was the only technician as well as the owner), and I have always been pleased with the professional service, quality of care and commitment to excellence. Now with Britton and Keith as my techs, the high quality continues. They treat you like beloved family and provide excellent HVAC service.

Was told I needed a whole new unit. Call air today for a second opinion. They found the problem and fixed it. We had heat all winter. Had trouble starting A/C this summer so called them back out. Super fast response, trouble shooted the problem easy. No hidden cost. Just straight forward professional care, like your family.

Updating as my positive experience has evolved into a terrible one. Got my ac fixed same day, they were fast and got it working which I really appreciated. What I don’t appreciate is their lack of urgency when it comes to standing behind their work. My ac worked for 4 whole days. I contacted them and they said they’d send someone back… in a week. Now it’s82 degrees in my house, I’m sweating 24/7, and have a whole week between me and getting this fixed. The pricing was good, but I’d say definitely not worth it for the fix to work for four days

I had been after my husband for years to install an HVAC system in our home. 40 years late he agreed. 🙃 we have three different companies come out and give us a quote, Frank and his crew were top notch. He explained the difference system, how long it would take to install. Once we agreed to purchase the system, Frank and his crew were here with a week and had you system in place a working in one day! Frank himself was here to supervise, and came back the next morning to double check everything.
My husband has said we should have done this years ago as our power bill is half of what it use to be, but most importantly our house is cool in the summer and so warm in the winter.
I can’t say enough about this company, they are a company that cares, I would recommend them anytime. Thanks For a great year Frank and crew!
