    Control board on older furnace failed during coldest week this winter, BK responded quickly and dispatched technician same day. Technician came earlier than promised, and after diagnosing the problem, was able to acquire and install the new control board promptly. Very fair pricing and honest. Thank you for being a great local business.

    They are a great company I would recommend. I had a heating and cooling issue in my home for years. When my old unit died they had a knowledgeable sales guy come out and help me pick out the right one for my home. I upgraded to a higher sear unit that has lowered my Bill's abd really helped cool my home perfectly. Their techs are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend them to anyone

    These guys have been great for the last 15 years. When my furnace/ heating /ac unit went out, they were able to get me fixed in just one day. They asked before replacing the thermostat that I knew how to use, and showed me how to take out and clean the filter for the new unit. They think of everything! Thank you , Bill, Jason, and Travis!

    Thanks so much! You don't realize how critical your heating and cooling are until it goes out! B&K replaced our furnace quickly and even helped me troubleshoot how to fix the crawl space that they inevitably had to bust in to remove the old system and put in the new (ours was buried deep into our crawl space, I know, I looked at it at 1:30 AM). When we had an issue with the circuit breaker tripping repeatedly, they came out Dec. 26th and fixed it. I was very impressed with Bill and everyone that came to work on the house; we're really grateful! Pricing, response, professionalism, follow up - all exceeded expectations. Would recommend without reservation.

    Bill was courteous, knowledgeable, and cognizant of my needs in replacing my old unit. He took care of everything immediately. Both teams of men, all 5 of them were prompt, thorough, courteous, congenial, respectful, and took pains to treat my property as if it was their own. The final result is even temps throughout my townhome; something I have not had in ten years and at a VERY affordable price. I highly recommend B & K for your needed services. I know that no other company will do for me now! I received the best — 5 stars plus!!!!

    B&K is an amazing company with honest qualified people. Mr. Bill Justice really cares about people, he treats your home as if its his own. He is very patient and gives time to each customer to be sure all questions are answered, in other words he likes to talk!! But we appreciated his time!! We had a very old system with duct work that wasnt properly installed and a vent exchange that wasnt giving us proper airflow.He was visibly upset at the "shotty work" that was previously done. He didnt give up until he found a way to give us a better exchange that would give us the proper flow through our home that we needed. The most impressive part to me was he didnt just want to stick a vent anywhere..he wanted it to be out of sight because he cares about quality work. We no longer need to turn the heat up past 70 to get our home comfortable. Thank you Mr. Bill you truly are a gem. They have very professional efficient workers and they clean up as if they were never even there. I highly recommend B&K services for high quality work and fair prices.

    AC failed, responded quickly, fixed the issue, but cautioned that needed replacing rather than keep paying for service calls. Checked the AC lifespan average, correct diagnosis. Will be replacing the unit. B&K have been servicing out HVAC units for the 7 years we have been here. Always neat, professional, and currently wear masks and social distance when serving customers.

    This company installed our units in the wrong place and installed our downstairs thermostat in the incorrect place, which we had to pay to have moved. They do not return phone calls and overall are rude. I would recommend another company for any installs or work in general.

    Charged us $400 to tell us there was nothing that could be done to fix our air unit. The unit was installed by B&K only 3 years ago and stopped working. We decided to get a second opinion from another heating and air company and were told our unit was installed wrong by B&K. I do not recommend B&K!!!
