This company is the absolute best. We have used them for a business and for our personal home. They respond right away, show up on time and will not “upsale” you-if that’s a word. In other words, they don’t invent problems. We were told we had to replace an entire commercial unit by another company. They came out and were able to fix it. Saved us thousands of dollars. A good company like this deserves a shout out.

Steve and his whole team are very professional, polite, and efficient. My HVAC needed to be replaced. They started the job earlier than expected and finished the entire removal and install in one day! Steve showed great integrity as he recommended I keep my existing duct work and thermostat rather than recommending services I didn't need. I highly recommend this company!

I had a gas furnace that needed to be replaced as the burner had split open. I called Pro Heating & Cooling and Steve answered the phone, took my info and came out to quote. I got his quote the next day and gave him the job. His technicians came out at 9:30 in the morning and removed my old furnace and had my new furnace installed and running at 11:30. It was amazing they completed this job in 2 hours. From my first call to the completed installation it was a first class job and company. I gave them the job because their reviews all gave them a 5 star rating, I see why. Excellent job! I will use and recommend Pro Heating & Cooling to anybody that needs HVAC work!

I had no AC this morning. I called Pro and left a message. Within 10 minutes I had a return call saying they were very busy but would get to me today. About an hour later, the technician called saying he’d be there in about 15 minutes. He was on time, very professional, diagnosed the problem, explained repair and cost. Repairs were made and he gave me some great power saving advise. Timely and reasonable price. Thank you Pro Heating and Air.

I rarely write a review but when I looked up their phone number, I saw this option and wanted to give my support. We have used them at my home and at our office for many, many years for both installation of new equipment and service on existing equipment. Very good, very honest, overall superb.

I have used pro heating and air for years. Great service always but I had to write about my experience today. Came home and heat wasn’t working. It’s snowing and temperatures below 20 degrees. They offered to ride over and take a look and I wouldn’t let them because roads are bad. Three hours later I get a call and the owner of the company said that he was sitting at home and thinking about my problem and offered to walk me through what might fix it over the phone. PROBLEM SOLVED! We have heat. I am so thankful that he was thinking of his customer tonight. We are a customer for life!
