Very impressed with Jared and his level of detail / service. He spent over an hour servicing my unit....taking the time to clean the coils and taking care of other preventative maintenance items. I would 100% recommend.

The technician was on time. Very polite explained everything that he was going to do give me advice.

Very professional outfit from my first call to the receptionist to the installation. My interactions with Bill were great when discussing my repair needs . The staff that did the install of units as well those who did the connections were pleasant and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and I feel they are a honest company and never felt like they were up selling me just presenting options. They be the first on my list to call if I ever need AC work again!

Jared of B&K did a very thorough system check and cleaning, checking all functionality and pressures, etc. My Freon was low and he corrected that. B&K is professional and responsive. I've used them since we moved here two years ago.

After dealing with numerous different HVAC repair companies I was impressed with the responsiveness and information provided by Bill. They came out and replaced my duct system in half the time another company told me it would take. The house has been much cooler than before and Bill followed up after to make sure my issues had improved.

B & K did a great job for me taking care of an AC repair with a Unit on the roof of a building downtown. I specifically want to Thank Ken for all his help. Ken did a great job of communicating when he would arrive and then also in explaining the problem and solution. The work was completed in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

Jared was really friendly. He explained everything throughout the process. And checked everything while he was there. The prices were fair. I don't feel I was gouged or anything. I really appreciate the service. Thank you.

First, I was in trouble with a 19 year-old system that had been neglected by the previous owner. Prior to B & K, I had collected 2 quotes.
Bill Lister called me for the appointment time. He arrived on time was ready to talk about their offerings after reviewing my current situation. He was professional and did not use any high pressure strategies.

He provided his quote quickly using a tablet that visually shared the quoted systems; good, better and best. I accepted the better system due to having higher SEER rating than other quotes while remaining competitive in pricing. i accepted their offer on 11/1.

Bill called on 11/4 and stated that they could install on 11/5! He provided details for what I could expect as well as an arrival time. Installation day, the guys arrived right on time! Finished the installation by 4:30 that day. They were efficient, professional and most NEAT!

Bill called me at least twice that week after the installation to verify that all was well! For these reasons, I provided my rating of 5! Would give a 10 if possible.

Great service! Fair prices and very thorough in explaining the options for replacement of my 18 year-old AC unit. The sales tech spent several hours at my house taking measurements of all the rooms, calculating required tonnage, and making sure my returns were sized properly. None of the other local AC companies I dealt with did anything close to that. Installation service was great, they were done in about 5 hours and were very professional.

I have A/C maintenance contract with them for couple of rental houses. After having problem with A/C on two houses recently, I hired different companies to repair them. On both houses the problem was very dirty units. Paying them around $250 yearly for two units at each house you should expect a better job from B&K ! I can't trust them anymore and i will not renew my maintenance contracts with them !
