The plumber did an excellent job of fixing a huge leaking pipe in a concrete slab. The incision was done so neatly -- like a surgeon! Very professional!

Ended up being a problem with the actual appliance but stayed and tried to see if it was something that could be easily fixed , even called the manufacturer for me. Amazing customer service ! Highly recommend

I was impressed with PIP response and service! I have called other well known companies in the past and was shocked at the quotes received. After a recommendation from a friend my wife schedule PIP to come checkout our water heater leak. The technician (sorry I forgot the name) had the immediate issue, a leak on top of heater, corrected within minutes. He checked some other items while he was there and identified the relief tank was defective. I was pleasantly surprised at the quote. We had the repairs scheduled before he left.
“Barry” came out to do repairs as scheduled. He was very friendly and didn’t mind me asking him about what he was doing. He had the parts changed out quickly and we haven’t had any issue with said repairs. Both technicians had only positive things to say about working at PIP. I will call then for any future plumbing and hvac needs.

We contracted with Plumbers in Pink to install a new Mini Split system and Barry and his crew came out and installed the unit very clean and neat.
Pricing was reasonable and so far the system is working great.
Would highly recommend PiP for future work.
