Authorized Heating & Air Conditioning

Very professional from start to finish. Although I needed to replace an AC unit, which is never fun, they made extensive initial attempts to repair, gave timely, accurate estimates of needed replacement parts and service. No one wants to have to replace a unit, but if you are wanting someone to do it correctly, professionally, and expertly, this is the company. 5 stars!

Authorized Heating and Air has provided excellent heating and air service for my family and I for the past five years. John the technician that performed the maintenance on my air conditioner was prompt, gave a thorough consultation, and was very professional. I am glad my family trust Authorized Heating and Air as our service provider.

Excellent service all around. John explained everything I would need and explained in detail the entire process. Had ductwork replaced and new heating and air handler replaced. Extremely pleased with every aspect of the service: office staff, installers, and John! !!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I had an issue with my unit leaking and had a terrible experience with the last company. Authorized came out right away and properly diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary fix to slow down the issue and then did a phenomenal job fixing everything. They definitely go above and beyond and are very experienced and professional... Thank you!

I woke up to a "No Heat" situation. I called Authorized Heating & Air first thing in the morning and they said they would send someone out to look at my Trane furnace which they did about a half hour later. The technician, John, looked at the furnace and quickly determined that I needed a new blower motor. He installed a new one in a couple of hours and I had a warm house again. Many thanks to Authorized and especially to John for quickly solving my problem in a professional and fast manner.

Gary and Bobby installed my current Trane unit 10 years ago. It has run trouble free since then with regular maintenance visits performed by Authorized staff technicians. These guys are knowledgeable and professional.

John was very professional and thorough in the cooling system maintenance. He explained why the downstairs unit was less efficient (installed by another business), and had suggestions to improve the efficiency and lower my bills in the summer. He wore covers over his boots and a face mask (COVID) and cleaned up after the service. Very satisfied to have a Trane Comfort Specialist service our units.

I have an issue with my heat pump and I have gotten a couple reasons as to why its not operating properly. So, I decided to call a HVAC company myself. I got a nice, friendly lady on the phone who answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about how the system should operate. It made sense once she explained things. Some of the things she said another person said the same thing. I truly thank her because she did not have to share the information. I was really expecting a guy to answer. So ladies call and speak with the lady. I didnt get her name but tell her I said she was awesome!!
