Gary with Authorized Heating and Air has been my go to person for all of my heating and cooling questions. Gary is extremely knowledgable and professional, he is also very caring and takes time to make sure that the customer understands what he found during his servicing and what the options are.

I called Authorized to look at our heat pump as it was making a good bit of noise and that's not the way it usually sounds. Gary came out and checked and found the problem right away. He was personable, polite, and masked. Authorized put in this heat pump 23 years and it has been a good one.

Authorized is my HVAC company of choice. They have installed and maintained both my units for 10 years. Everyone has always been friendly and efficient from the office staff that calls to set up my appointments to the technicians that perform the service. I feel that their pricing is reasonable and would recommend to anyone needing a unit serviced or replaced.

I read the negative reviews. Please ignore all of them. Yes, sometime people are slightly delays or miss calling back, but we are all human. These guys put their best foot forward and care about their work. It doesn’t get better than them in terms of quality and value. They provide several thousand in savings for same equipment and install and had one slightly lower bid but from a less reputable company which could tell was taking the cheap route. The cleanliness of the work that they did was amazing. Everything was mounted and organized neatly. I have never seen this quality it if an hvac contractor. They spend the extra time to get it done right. They tell you the truth of how to weigh options and are not pushy at all. They were almost not trying to sell me new AC. If your looking for the job to be done right or if you want to weigh all the options , look no further. They have gained my complete trust and I have got my go to hvac guys. They should be proud of how they run their business.

We used them at our primary residence for the last 8 years, and have used them at our rental townhome properties for repair for the last 6 years and for repair and a maintenance agreement for the other rental townhome for the last 2 years. One of our rental townhomes' heat stopped working on Monday, so we called and spoke with a technician Monday evening to get service for Tuesday (1/12/21). The technician was extremely nice and polite while taking the information, and said the office would call us the next morning as to when a technician could come out, but it would probably be in the afternoon. As of 8:30 Tuesday morning (1/12/21), we had not heard anything from the office, so my husband called them. The office said they would call him back when they figured out when he could be worked into the schedule that day because they were very busy with calls. At 12:30 pm, we still had not heard anything, so my husband called the office again. He was informed only at that time that the technicians did not have time to make the service call at our property that day, and we would be taken care of the next day. This is NOT the type of customer service that you give a customer that has been doing business with you for 8 years. My husband called Absolute Climate Control after reviews that he saw from some of our neighbors on our community FB, and the office told him that no matter what a technician would get to our property today. He received a phone call about 2 1/2 hours later from the technician that he was headed to our property to give my husband time to drive there also. Not only did Absolute Climate Control install an entirely new HVAC unit 2 days later at that property, but we moved our 2 other maintenance agreements to them as well because we were so impressed with their customer service. Authorized Heating & Air lost the business of a new HVAC install and 3 maintenance agreements all due to the poor service that we received from the office on Tuesday, January 12.

My landlord called the company yesterday about fixing my gas leak, and they scheduled me in today 9am-12pm, which was great. This morning, John gave me a 25-min. heads up that he was on his way, which was really helpful. John was very friendly and let me know what he had to do to get the job done, which included making a couple of phone calls, which he did on-site. He also had to leave and come back with parts to fix the leak, which he did promptly. As he was finishing up, he suggested I contact the gas company to have them come over to turn the gas back on and check that all was OK, which I did. As he was leaving, the gas guy showed up; so John stayed and collaborated with him to make sure everything was up to par. John even called me a couple hours later to see if my heat was working. Wow. Thus, I would highly recommend this company!
