I called this company after having issues with a different one. The previous company we used kept trying to tell us things were fine so we would keep paying them to recharge our system with refrigerant. After paying them $1,100 in two years for a still broken system, I'm really glad I called Authorized. The technician was very friendly, professional but conversational as well, and he explained everything so that it made complete sense. My experience with who I'm assuming is the office manager was also great. I called around 11:15 on a Monday morning with no AC on a 90 degree day. They told me they were booked solid and it would probably be the next day before they could come, but she said she would take my number in case someone finished early and could make it out here. She said she would call me either way to let me know just so I wasn't sitting around hoping. I had already called some other places and they all said they were booked until tomorrow, but she was the only one to offer to try and squeeze us in if possible so I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. Sure enough, she called a couple hours later to let me know someone would be able to come later in the afternoon and that she would call again when she had an exact time. She called a third time to let us know when the technician was 20 minutes out. Fantastic customer service all around. It's only been a day so I'm still waiting on our unit to arrive and be installed. I'll update my review if there are any issues, but as of now I definitely recommend this company. It's hard to be nice when you're sitting in an 87 degree house just sweaty and miserable, but so far they deserve the positive feedback.

PS: Their diagnostic/service fee is comparable with every other place I called; it's $10 more than some, and $10 less than others.

The gentleman who came by for the quote didn't arrive in the time frame given. I contacted the dispatch to get an update on him. Fifteen minutes past the window he shows up and tells me he would send the quote that night. This was on a Wednesday and I received the quote the next Tuesday. I find that this man didn't value my time and must be a representation of what I would recieve from this company. I decided to go with another company for my install.
For those who are looking for an HVAC installation I would recommend looking for another company who values your time and is professional.

Was able to get someone to my home in about an hour. The tech listened to my description of the symptoms and then used his tools to help diagnose the problem. We discussed my options to choose the most cost-effective. Within a few hours, unit was chilling again.

After having some work done by another local company and not being super happy about it, we called Authorized. Luis is absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional, and great at explaining what he’s doing and why. Showed up super quick and took care of my family on a Saturday morning when my mother in law was in town and we had no A/C 🤦🏼‍♀️ And set us up with a maintenance program to help us try and get a few more years out of two older units. I will never use another HVAC company and cannot recommend this one highly enough!

Our tech, Miles, is a very impressive young man. He was very thorough and polite. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and suggesting "best practices" to keep our system running efficiently.
**UPDATE- About a month after the service call with Miles, I could hear our blower motor squeaking through the air return vent. I had Authorized come back out to investigate. It turns out that Miles inadvertently left our system in Auxiliary Heat mode. When it was turned off the squeak went away. I still paid for the service call and the highest power bill we've ever had. Now my blower motor failed five months later on a 2 year old Trane system. It seems to be too much of a coincidence to not be related to the squeaking caused by Miles. The new service tech argued with us and made my wife very upset. No one ever explained why it wasn't related just that he was an expert and he knew it couldn't be related. I've use Authorized to replace both of our heat pumps and service them for 20 years but this recent visit was so upsetting that we will never use Authorized again.

We bought a new Trane HVAC in 2020 and problems with heat pump smelling like wet rags, tech came out to research then left on auxillary and then the motor made noises. Our power bill was expensive as a result and then we lost air conditionng for a week due to motor no longer working, I tried working with the manager Matt and the warranty. ALL previous issues were dismissed and his tech Luis still charged us another $509 for service calls and admitted he never had training from Trane.

Been using Authorized for many years and your tech Miles is the best one sent out yet. He was professional, courteous, knew what he was doing and kept us inform as to what he was doing and then recapped our service. Great job.

I called Authorized Heating &Air for a repair quote around 9:00am, they gave me a 2 hour appointment window for that same day from 11:00-1:00, called at 10:40 to let me know Gary was on his way. Gary arrived at 11:05! He was professional, conscientious, very clear and transparent as to what should be done, gave me a very reasonable quote + even got Matt (the Owner) involved on a question regarding county codes. Matt went so far as to reach out to the County for clarification and was in touch with me directly on how to proceed! Very impressed with the level of care + service.
