ON TIME TO START, AND ONE OF THE NEATEST SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE SHOWED ME PICTURES OF THE FEW ISSUES HE FOUND AND CORRECTED. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO VACUUM THE FLOOR WITH DUST FELL FROM ATTIC DOOR, WHEN IT WAS OPENED. HAVE USED IN THE PAST AND WILL USE AGAIN. GREAT PEOPLE.

Gary came to my home Friday afternoon to give me a quote for my unit as a storm caused a tree to fall on it. He was so knowledgeable and so kind to explain everything to me. I contracted with Authorized Heating and Air to replace both of my 20 year old HVAC systems in my home. Since the home was built, I had opened up the layout and the original HVAC no longer efficiently conditioned the air. We always had areas that were too hot or too cold because the ducting was wrong,
Authorized installed two new systems and zoned them into five separate zones -- each with its own thermostat. Now, the master bedroom can be heated/cooled separately from the rest of the second floor. Additionally, the two story Great Room, which has a sun-facing wall of windows in the morning, can be cooled without freezing the other side of the first floor.
The system has fixed a lot of comfort problems and I cant say enough good things about the Authorized team. They were prompt, professional, and provided quality work. I got multiple quotes for this job and selected Authorized. Looking back after the job is complete, I know I made the best choice.

My ac system went down and I called Authorized Htg & Air for service. The dispatcher informed me they would have someone out directly and then the service technician called me for the service call. Due to the age of my system, we needed to consider replacing equipment.

I called Matt Pritchard with Authorized and he came out to size my home and my system and then worked with me to get the best system for our home in our budget. We had the system installed a week later and the team was finished in 2 days. This included some ductwork upgrades and dealing with the tight conditions in my equipment space.

Our system has operated flawlessly since installation and maintains the temperatures we have scheduled with no overruns. The team at Authorized Htg & Air were very professional and courteous and tidy, cleaning up the work areas and not leaving a trace they were here.

Just had to replace an older HVAC system for my residence. From Luis, my technician, to Matt the salesperson, and the installers; the process was efficient and professional. Luis was spot on in his recommendations and Matt provided more in depth explanations and offered a few more options. Our house, which is 20 years old, has some issues. Particularly in regards to the HVAC system. The returns were not optimally placed, nor were they sized correctly. Matt spent the time needed to gather all the information that he needed to ensure the new system would operate optimally with enlarged returns and duct work. These guys did a bang up job from start to finish. I now have a beautiful and efficient Trane system that will keep us comfortable for years to come.

Gary was very helpful with determining the cause of a strange noise whenever we turned on the heater. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall great service.
