Authorized Heating & Air Conditioning

Gary the technician from Authorized Heating and Cooling was recommended by a friend and new neighbor. Having several choices of companies I went with them. The annual contract price was $229 more than my previous company but so far the company has very professional scheduling, very responsive, and tech Gary took his time to explain the system and older thermostat to me as I acclimate to my new home which was built in 1996 with the original systems and monitor them until I can budget for a newer one.

Very pleased with the service we received. Last year Matt helped us select an new Trane heating & cooling system for downstairs. This year he helped us select the appropriate upstairs unit. Installation technicians arrived on time and were courteous and knowledgeable.

Authorized was fast to respond when the AC went out in a heatwave.
Sent out a great tech named Gary. Awesome technician, knows his stuff. Found the problem fast, fixed it fast. Saved the day.

John arrived on time and was very professional. He covered his shoes before entering the house and was very polite. He thoroughly examined both HVAC systems and changed the filters. He also checked the outdoor units. He wrote up a comprehensive report and thoughtfully answered my questions. He is an excellent representative for Authorized Air.

Authorized Heating and Air Conditioning has such a great level of customer service. They are all kind and sincere and easy to talk to from the person who answers the phone, the scheduler, the techs and the managers. I appreciate the honestly about our machines and also the help with finding both cost effective and efficiency solutions when picking the the new ones. I highly recommend.

A big THANK YOU to Gary for his excellent work on our Trane system. His tips on what to keep an eye on were great, and I did some things that will keep our unit in top operating condition. It is a pleasure to have workers from Authorized Heating and Air Conditioning at our home. They put in the system new nine years ago, and it sounds and runs like new again.

Outstanding service. John was polite, on time, and a pleasure to have in my home. He was efficient and even helped educate me on the function of capacitors in A/C units. Authorized H&A has always been punctual, dependable, professional & personable. They have been quite fair when my systems needed any repair. Would recommend them to anyone.

They also don't work on commissions unlike other places so you don't feel like they're trying to up sell you just for the sake of it.
