Authorized Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently my AC quit working. Authorized Heating and Air came out and explained my options. They they told they could fix my current system but since it was older explained the risk of the fix not lasting. Since my system was older I asked about installing a new unit. They explained my options and didn't try to sway me to choose either one. I decided to replace the system since it was older. I thought the price was reasonable and the installation crew was very friendly and careful. Overall there wasn't anything that that I was unhappy with with my dealings with them. I'll definitely call them again for my heating and cooling needs.

We have been happy preventive maintenance customers of Authorized Heating & Air for years now after having the good fortune of finding them after our move to the Upstate. Gary Brown has been the tech who has visited us most frequently, but every tech who performed our maintenance have been truly outstanding. Gary has found a way to ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure that we are more than satisfied with his service; and in every case, these were not small or insignificant gestures, but rather identifying and rectifying issues that were left to us by our builder. As Gary has become familiar with us and our HVAC system, we have come to view him as much of a friend as a provider of excellent service. Everyone we have dealt with at Authorized has been most obviously concerned with great customer service, no matter the circumstances. You all should be so fortunate to have these folks be your HVAC service team!

John, quoted a new HVAC system for our home to replace and modify our old system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was competitive and fair. They preform as agreed. John went above and beyond what I had anticipated explaining how all the new system worked and he inspected the work as it was being installed. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Needed a NEW company. Tenant's system was off and on for 60 HOT DAYS! Several visits/attempts. Always down days later. I phoned early afternoon, they found an available tech., he repaired and was gone before 5:00! A loose 110v Wire!

As always, Authorized Heating and Air is competent, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Gary did the initial installation in this new house 13 years ago and has been back twice for service calls. That record should speak foe itself.

Authorized scheduled an appointment at my convenience and arrived right on time. Gary was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he found wrong and how he was going to fix my problem. The service was completed and my A/C is working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Luis was the technician that was sent to our home for the repairs needed. I would first like to mention how professional and respectful he was with our home. He came wearing a face mask and slipped on some shoe booties when walking inside the house. He was in and out of the house and every single time he removed and put them back on. I've had people come that would put the shoe booties on when they get in the house and then leave them on when they go outside and proceed to walk in the house with them which absolutely defeats the purpose. The pricing was fair for what was done. As stated on their website they will tell what they need to do to fix the problem and tell you the price before proceeding. One thing I liked is that he didn't try to sell us any B.S. stuff. The only thing he quoted us on was the parts that needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. I will be using them in the future for all my Heating & Air needs.

When we bought our house in 2004 Authorized replace the heat pump for us. They have serviced our system twice a year and taken care of any issues. They installed a new system with new heat pump and gas furnace for us recently. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
