I contacted AHA after reading the great reviews online from customers. They have lived up to the reviews. Firstly, my conversations with Anne Marie have been helpful and she's very good at relaying messages and getting back to us. Matt was amazing. He explained in great detail, the work we needed done and why. He answered all our questions, and gave us useful feedback on how it should operate. We enjoyed our conversations.
Luis is one of the techs. He knows his stuff. He responded to a problem we had been having for a while, and was able to track the problem back to the source. Miles is good as well. He is knowledgeable as well. He is patient and very good at explaining what we need and how to get it corrected. There is another tech who installed heating strips that went bad. He worked very quickly, and was done in minutes.
I'm happy to have a heat/air company we can trust and depend on. We are pleased with our zoning system, and we like knowing we have a trusted company to do yearly maintenance on our systems. Highly recommend!

My thermostat and heat stopped working this morning and my house got cold very quickly. I found this company on Google and when I called, they said they could have someone to my house within the hour! 40 minutes later, a tech arrived and repaired my system within 30 minutes. I'm so thankful for the quick turn around time and to have my heat back on. I would recommend to other homeowners.

Our AC went out out and Steve came the same day after normal work hours to assess our situation. We then had a new system installed within two days! I would highly recommend them.

Reached out to Authorized on a Tuesday late afternoon that our inside temp was 75 and thermostat was set on 70. They were able to come the next day to do an inspection, unfortunately our 20 year old unit had served it's purpose. Had to purchase a new unit and they were able to come the following day to install. Really impressed with the professionalism, turn-around time and overall experience!
