    The follow up visit today was great. The tech was competent and very professional, Jason in the office is great quick response to identified issue. The tech even vaccumed up the area where he worked. Now that's customer service.

    We recently purchased a home in downtown Columbia. Northpoint inspected the house and has been doing the maintenance ever since. They show up when they say they are going to show up and have made recommendations that are in our best interest. Not only that but they explain and teach why they are making those recommendations. We couldn't be more pleased!

    Call to get a quote on installing a thermostat had a technician come out and he couldn’t install the thermostat we purchased called the office to speak to Eric and was told that we should’ve been charged more because the technician said that the part was faulty but the technician didn’t know how to install the part. Thermostat wasn’t installed and was charged 135.00 for no work done

    I called them for service to my home as well as my job and on both occasion the service has been really bad. I had to call them several times to get a invoice or to get the quote that I paid for. I would think that since the work will cast over several thousand dollars that they would get me the quote back quickly. Don't worry I want be calling you back for any more service event though you are 2 mins from my house.

    Ac fixed on July 12th and not working by July 15th and only offered a $30 refund for a $475 repair cost. On July 9th we scheduled to have North point come to our home and fix the AC unit. The tech was supposed to call 30 min prior to arriving at the location and we never received a call so we missed the appointment. We called and rescheduled for someone to come on July 12th. They came and fixed the unit for a cost of $475.00. By the 15th the service was not working. I called on July 17th and spoke to the service manager Aaron whom I gave the information and advised him that I was requesting a refund for the service. He stated that he would research the issue and get back to me. He called me back on July 18th and advised me that with the service there was a $125 leak check done. I advised him that the leak check was not done properly. He asked me if there were any recent changes to the home wall system in order to see if we hung up any pictures that could have pierced any lines and I advised him no. I told him that based on all the issues we have had with this home we have decided to move out, and I am requesting a refund for a service that didn't even work for a week. He stated that with the leak check there was also a diagnostic fee that was waived of $90 and that he would be willing to give a $30 refund. I find this an outrage. We were delayed with the service being done because of the proper appointment not being done correctly and in addition we are being offered only $30 back on a $475 price that did not work for what I needed it to. I would like to have this researched and advised what I can do in order to get my money back. This is a very unprofessional way of doing business and needless to say I would not recommend North Point to anyone that I know let alone use their services again. They were only focused on their profit and not how much money we lost.
