Spring Valley Air Conditioning

Had my system checked before summer heat begins. The tech, Jamie M was outstanding, he explained some things that I didn't understand and did a very thorough job. Very satisfied

My heat went out a couple of weeks ago. I had another company come out and said the unit needed to be replace for $20,000. I called to get a 2nd opinion, and boy was I glad I did! They came out the next day and checked it out. There was a delay in getting the part needed to fix it, not their fault. Once it came in, set up new appointment and boom, I have heat again. This will be the only company I do HVAC with going forward. Plus they keep you updated through out the whole process. And very nice office/techs. 10 stars!!!

We live in a new build, our house/unit less than 2 years old, and we recently started hearing a whistling noise coming from attic unit. We also noticed the downstairs AC wasn’t really working anymore. I called and they send out a tech. The tech admitted that it was due to a faulty install and the blower motor needed reattached. We were charged $89 because they said we’ve been here longer than a year. So I guess if you want something that is only guaranteed a year even though it’s supposed to be 10 and also want to pay someone to come fix an issue they messed up at install then use Spring Valley otherwise I wouldn’t recommend them.

I had to pay another company $134.00 to fix this problem. Per the technician, it was caused due to bad installation. Per my builder, it was Spring Valley Air Conditioning who performed the installation. Oh, of course, I first contacted Spring Valley just to learn that they were too busy; Being unable to "Schedule" a tech to look at this issue that would take literally 5 minutes to fix.

Had a problem with my new Aircond.
(Only 2yrs old). Tech. Came out determined capacitor was bad and in turn destroyed the compressor.
System still under partial warranty
To replace compressor only will cost me

Got a second opinion with a better company, they replaced the capacitor that Springvalley installed, with a
(Hard start capacitor)
Compressor worked just fine.

Our unit is less than 2 years old, and we have had nothing but issues with it. Even though we have had to have a tech come out every few months, they still want to charge $80+ for a tech to come out to see what's wrong with the unit. After all of the issues, I believe we have a lemon product/install, and they refuse to work with us on tech charges. I would never do business with this company again.

I had a couple of HVAC companies come to service my heat and air unit and let me tell you, they were trash! Started with one problem and ended up with three! Each one said the problem was something different than the what the previous technician said. I finally got fed up and called Spring Valley Heat and Air. Let me tell you, THIS IS A COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON! They stood by their word and made sure they fixed EVERYTHING, including what the technicians from other companies screwed up! Richard and his crew handled my situation professionally and with integrity! He wouldn’t even accept my money until they were SURE that everything was taken care of! I appreciate their services and I highly recommend them!

From the time I first started whining to my wife about the air being out in a text, to when the technician scanned my Visa was about 40 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast and fairly priced they were.

When we bought our new home we quickly learned how terrible the existing HVAC unit was. We had extremely high utility bills and the AC unit could not keep the house at a comfortable temperature. We got several quotes before going with Spring Valley Air Conditioning. Travis Motley and his crew came out and totally revamped our our duct work and installed a new HVAC system. We instantly realized the tremendous utility savings and our home is now kept at a very comfortable temperature no matter the heat or cold outside. Great work at a great price!

We ha e used these folks for over 15 years. Their service contract has kept the older units running and running with efficiency.
