    Pat and Al came this morning and installed an exhaust vent for our microwave. They were on time and did an excellent job! Pat and Al were professional and were very friendly. I was also impressed with the quality of work and knowledge they both displayed. I highly recommend your company to anyone who needs Heating and Air work. This is the second time we have used your company and will continue using you for all of our Heating and Air needs. Thanks to Pat and Al again. Great Job!

    I have used Northpoint for several years to maintain my current HVAC unit. They have allways been clean, prompt and professional. I used them to install insulation in my attic and it has paid for itself many times over with reduced power bills.

    I talked with them today about an upgrade to my system and was presented with several options in an easy-to-understand manner and without pressure to make a decision. I cannot imagine anyone loves paying to have their HVAC dealt with or replaced, but I feel confident I am getting quality service, advice, and value when dealing with Northpoint HVAC.

    The replace my old system when we remolded our house. They completely redesigned the whole system. System works great.
    I’ve dealt with many heating and air companies, and have had a lot of problem in the past. These guy were great to work with, Which is a breath of fresh air considering how elaborate our system is now.

    Technicians did what they are supposed to do. They are courteous and nice.

    The problem is, I have been told on the telephone that this could be fixed for $85.00 and I agreed. When the technician handed me the bill of $134.00, I was kind of shocked. Of course, I paid as the technician has no fault; They are doing what they are told. He told me that the $85.00 is "Diagnosis". Paying $85.00 for "Diagnosis" of the fact that the grille needs a screw?

    I was even thinking of switching from another company to them for maintenance agreement due to courteous techs AND the fact that another company has actually caused this problem due to an installation issue. But this $134.00 bill resulted in "Thank you, but no, thank you."

    EDIT: The service manager called me back and said that the charge would be adjusted to reflect $85 HOWEVER... They either do not know basic arithmetic or totally unaware of how a refund transaction is performed. First, instead of refunding, they FURTHER charged me. Then, finally they were able to make a refund but the WRONG AMOUNT. My total charges are NOW $132.00 and still not $85.00.

    EDIT: This issue has finally been resolved. Obviously there was no malicious intent, but it was frustrating to start with.

    Amazing! I had been putting off a new unit for 3 years because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. One previous provider had quoted me upwards of $6-$8k. Which was more than I wanted to put into a house I plan to sell in a few years. When I met with Brent, not only was his pricing very competitive- but he gave me two easy options. AND- he informed me of an SCE&G rebate. He even filled out the form, and provided me with a pre stamped- addressed envelope. All I had to do was sign my name, account number and mail! Brent and his team made sure everything was perfect! And my unit runs like a champ. My electricity bill has gone down by $40 a month. Easiest home improvement project ever!! Thanks for everything ☺️
