Today we had our A/C system replaced by Northpoint Heating & Air. The technicians Pat & Kyle, worked hard all day and did an awesome job. They spent a lot of time getting us up to speed on the "high tech" thermostat & explaining to us how the unit works. Glad we chose Northpoint again. We have been using them for many years....never disappoint!! Great guys, great job & great experience. FIVE stars all the way!!

Your company in 2017 installed HVAC and Duct work in a new construction Southern homes on 6 Casey Dr. Recently I was up in the attic doing a clean out and electrical work in over 100 degree wheather and thinking to myself wow there is cold air blowing up here. Well I started feeling around and to my surprise every area where a joint runs off to different rooms and areas around the structure of the house. I'm wondering how oblivious other customer are to issues like this because I'm sore most senior citizens go up in thier attic during the summer. I also would like to mention my house was always dusty. Don't worry I won't be calling you I know it is out of warranty. I'm just surprised it past inspection. I already fixed it myself didn't cost anything but the cost for the supplies. I learned alot! Maybe your hiring. Yours truely.

I've used Northpoint Heating & Air for a few years now. What I've always appreciated about their services, other than being very diligent, is that I've not been upsold on getting an old unit (18 years old) replaced.

However, after having initial consultation in 2018 about getting duct work replaced and a new unit (AC and heat pump), the system was really starting to give this year before we even started a heatwave.

Brent Zokan had all the notes from the previous consultation and was ready to help right away. Just for good measure, I did get another quote, even though Northpoint had been my service provider, just for good measure. They had no idea that I did that, but their rates were competitive and I wasn't going to leave them based on rates based on how good of service they've provided.

I bit the bullet and had my entire system replaced. They crew they sent out were all friendly, and they had it done in a timely manner. The ease to also get rebates completed, no mess left behind and more makes them a no brainer for your full replacement to HVAC service needs. I highly recommend them!

Pricing was very competitive and reasonable compared to the 6 companies I contacted for comparison quotes. They worked with me, were straight forward with answers to my questions, and were able to get our AC fixed in the same day that I called to set up the repair. We felt like they put us as their priority during the start of the most busy month of July when most others seemed too busy to take the time to talk to me in detail about our evaporator coil leak issue discovered. I experienced excellent customer service from Erin when discussing the issue on the phone and Joel who came to do the repair. I'm happy and thankful we chose Northpoint!

Unfortunately my ac was left cooling the same way it was when the technician arrived.
They replaced the motor on the fan
The tech said that that was the problem but nothing changed
I called them 2 times after the tech left to let them know that the AC wasn't cooling enough, that it was running the same way it was before I had them come over...
I was expecting for them to comeback and have it recheck but they never did.
They said it was going to take 24 hours to get better
But it never did
Any way...
I was very disappointed
With the customer service they have to handle unhappy customers...
Am from Texas and we don't treat people like that here...

Great service and prompt. AC went out on a Wednesday, called and had a technician on Thursday, changed out the whole AC unit on Friday. Dylan Pat, Andrew did an excellent job and were very professional walk me through the process. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future for the service needs

I'm so happy with the work done by Northpoint Heating & Air. I recently purchased a townhome and Northpoint did all of the work to update my system. They replaced all of my ductwork, added a new intake and an additional thermostat upstairs. The work needed to be done quickly as part of the purchase. They were able to start the following week and completed everything on time. The employees were professional and my home was left clean. They also filled out all of the paperwork for my rebate from Dominion Energy and supplied a stamped envelope. I couldn't have asked for more.

We would like to give a special thank you to Northpoint Heating & Air for the excellent service we received. Brent met with us to give an estimate on a new heat pump system. He presented the options that were best for us, and as senior citizens we appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor. Calvin and Trevor did such a great job installing our new system, and made sure everything was spotlessly clean before leaving. We will certainly be calling Northpoint for all our future AC needs!
