    I would like to compliment Brent, Alfred and Pat for their superior service. I evaluated 3 other companies prior to selecting Northpoint Heating and Air. I could tell from their response to my correspondence, that they cared about customer service. That was very important to me. They answered my request for information the same day. They arrived at my home on time the day of the installation, and they were polite and courteous, They completed the installation in one day as they had promised. They left my home and property clean.The installers were were informative and answered any questions that I had. Mr. Brent Zokan completed all the pertinent paperwork associated with the purchase, and indicated that if I needed anything else, that I should not hesitate to e-mail or call his office. Very Pleased!

    The team of Pat and Al, with an assist from Tim, returned to our home the morning after an HVAC failure, and replaced the system, including air handler and thermostat, in a couple of hours. All the gentlemen were cordial and professional. We have come to depend on Northpoint over the years, and they continue to impress. Well done by all concerned.

    Absolutely fantastic service! I sent a request in through their website and had a response within 24 hrs. Needed my 51 year old unit replaced. Brent came out to my place and actually listened. We decided on the perfect HVAC system for my place. The next day Brent and his crew showed up early in the morning and started going to work. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They put down tarps to protect my floors and were very kind and respectful throughout the whole experience. I wish I could remember the crew members names, they know who they are, great job guys! I will only use Northpoint for all my HVAC needs and will recommend them to everyone. To Brent and to all of the Northpoint crew, Thank you.

    Lennox unit failed in 3 years. No leak detection equipment on first visit so had to pay for leak check on second visit. Couldn’t find external leak so assumed in internal coil. Coil replaced under warranty. Labor and refrigerant was not (no didn’t buy the $1,000 labor policy). No one interested in finding leak point on coil, not even Lennox when I called them. Found shield contacting coil with galvanic corrosion on both. No one seemed to care. Even Lennox told me they won’t request coil back to root cause. This was likely done at manufacture or installation and no one will take responsibility for this . Total bill for labor, refrigerant and filter ~$1,100. Northpoint would not breakout cost of refrigerant and material when asked. Lennox goodwills nothing because they do not support their product. Techs were pleasant, but go elsewhere for your next HVAC.

    We recently had Northpoint quote and install a new HVAC system for us.

    Jason was professional and informative during the quoting process, and readily answered all of our questions. The prices were stated plainly up front, and there were no hidden charges or surprises on the bill. He made the process painless, and has continued to be responsive to inquiries post-install.

    The installer, Pat, was professional and friendly, and did great work. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the differences between our old system and the new one clearly, and was easily able to go over how to use the new system properly. His install work was done very cleanly, and he made sure to not leave a mess behind.

    Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Appointments were easy to get, and everyone was always on time. We plan to use Northpoint for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

    When my baby was 2 months old (May 2020), my AC went out. I was worried about the heat, as well as risk of exposure during the pandemic. During the process of gathering requirements, inspection and recommendation, the representative wore shoe covers and a mask. He provided his expert opinion on what unit we would need for our home based on our needs, previous unit and size.

    Their pricing was standard to the industry, but service was amazing. Installation started early the next morning. When they arrived, they confirmed we had a baby and took extra precautions to make sure we felt safe. They ran into an issue with the size of the unit and getting it onto my attic. They escalated the issue to Mr. Zokan, he provided a solution and they proceeded with a successful installation. They never verbalized any challenges to us.

    We opted for that fancy thick media filter and I recommend it. Our children’s air purifiers require filter changes much less frequently! We also opted for the maintenance plan.

    Since installation, I have recommended Northpoint to my parents who had a similar experience. They have used them for their home and business. Again, although pricing may be along with industry standards, the service will spoil you. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

    Our AC unit went out this summer. Thankfully, we have a contract with Northpoint Heating & Air. Even though they were slammed with other installations, they were able to work us in, and I am so thankful they did. Pat, Mike, and Kyle installed our unit---they were quick, professional, and easy to work with. An all around great experience!

    I'm thrilled with our last service call. AC unit stopped working so I called early in the morning, about 5:45. Since they take calls 24 hours a day, I figured it was best to get on the list early in the morning. Someone was here before 8:15 am. Our technician diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and our AC was working again before 8:45 am. Freaking awesome!

    My wife and I just moved to the area from way out of state and were blown away by the customer service and professionalism. When the installers noticed a fault with our unit, Northpoint was quick to correct it and make sure we were happy. Kyle and Liv were especially professional and courteous. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience.

    We had the pleasure of having Pat, Al and Evan (I hope I got the names right!) install a new AC unit and furnace for us this week. They were absolutely professional and worked quickly to get things setup for us. Couldn't be happier with the new system, love the wifi thermostat too. Brent and his crew are top notch. We will be calling them in the future to get our gas fireplace serviced. Trust these folks.
