    Service tech arrived within the scheduled timeframe, was very knowledgeable about the furnace system, thoroughly explained the issue with the igniter, and replaced the failing part. All work was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. Overall a very positive experience!

    Lucas was so polite and very professional. Explained to me exactly what needed to be replaced on the furnace (ignition switch) and what needed done on the humidifier. He also gave me options for a new and more updated humidifier and reviewed my service agreement and added the humidifier repair to it which saved me money on the parts. You hired a very qualified young man and you are fortunate to have him on your staff.

    UPDATE; They came out to repair our air conditioner yesterday. Now there's ice everywhere. Apparently the guy they sent out screwed up.

    Come on guys! I know you can do better. No returned phone calls. You also have to get your stories straight. We're getting multiple different stories from different employees within your company. Our AC is only two years old and we need a new compressor? And you want to charge us over $1300 for labor and $350.00 for expedited shipping? Waiting one and a half weeks for parts is not expedited shipping. When is a good time to contact the owner with ongoing issues?
